Needed a pair of shoes so I stopped by. Great location. Plenty of parking. Very clean and organized. Sports gear and clothing made it tough to focus on just shoes. I made it out though. Check it out.

I went to make purchase but it seems like there more focus on making a high price sale rather than focusing on what the customer really wants.

Hibbett was great today. Theres a newer store manager in there now, Amanda. Was awesome, extremely helpful and patient. Honestly, was just in there the day before too and it wasnt as welcoming. Hopefully shell turn things around because I use to love the convenience of shopping there instead of having to go all the way to the mall. Was just a tad disappointed in one thing tho... they used to keep a table with huge discounted and clearance shoes. It was no longer there. I definitely miss that as it use you draw me in the store monthly!

Hands down some of the best customer service. I live in winter haven and had a very bad experience there. I called Bartow and the manger took care of the issue. I will drive by winter haven from now on and come to Bartow.
