Went in to try to switch over thinking my phone was unlocked but the lady didn’t double check like she was suppose to. Barely mention any deals, after my phone not working with cricket she wasn’t even helpful didn’t get no paperwork really bad customer service compared to the one in ft Meade the girls there are great don’t go to bartow go to fort Meade !!!

The lady in here was not very friendly nor was she helpful. I was not the only customer and she was not helpful to them either. They also left upset. I will not be back and I still have been trying to resolve my problem all day. Back to Metro. They at least had better customer service. Called the 611 number she told me too for help and they called at 11:00pm. Said it was a different departments problem and to call back in the am then hung up on me. Rude company Ill say.

Earlier today I walked in today to seek if cricket wireless is the right fit for me. Thanks to a young girl named Talicia. She was able to fit the perfect plan for myself and as well with a great phone. Really satisfied with her service and Cricket Wireless.

I wish I had never switched to Cricket I was with Metro for almost 12 years never once had my phone shut off I am with them one month and my phone was shut off and it says payment by the 30th well it was off first thing this morning and I paid $7 insurance on my phone for 11 years and they charge $11 it is crazy but I had to pay $80 this morning to get the phone turned back on but I had to have the phone on to switch to another company and thats what Im going to do

Good service, but not good negotiators.i try to buy it a new phone right there cash on hand, prices good but the phone accessories way to expensive.so for $40 on a phone cover, i didnt buy it the phone.i will get it from someone else for the price of the phone and a free accessories screen protector & phone cover.
