So Google wouldnt let me post my full review because it was too long so I just screenshotted everything that I had to say and Ill place it down in the pictures for you guys to read it should be in order do not use mxlp Kenny is a crook. He seems like a good guy but when big money is on the line or he feels like he didnt get his way with your property his real character come out and hes a little coward. He called himself trying to intimidate me in the shop and because everything that I had been going through and the fact that Im still injured he thought it was going to fly he found out very quickly that Im still the same person injured and emotionally exhausted or not. I wont let any grown man yell at me and put their fingers to my face especially when he was trying to more than double charge me. I also posted pictures of his labor cost which were supposed to be done at $78 an hour before he started lying... Give me a couple days and Ill post the full labor break down from where I actually got my bike repaired and then we will all laugh at Kenny together. Again check out the screenshots below.

I passed through Memphis on a trip to the Tale of the Dragon and realized the day before that my rear brake was not working properly. Being that I ride a Triumph with no dealer nearby (not that it would have mattered as my hometown dealer missed it during recent service)I stopped in and they told me the brake needed to be bleeded. He took care of it and I was on my way to some great riding which wouldn’t have been possible without a rear brake. Thanks again.

These guys treat me great everytime. I had a bolt in my tire one time that apparently hadnt fully punctured. Rather than sell me a tire I didnt need it was removed and given to me as a souvenir, no charge. I cannot say enough good things about them really. Anytime I need something I check with them first to see if its something they do.

After reading the bad reviews, I almost didnt want to try this place, however, I have been in there before and the people seemed nice, so I thought Id try it again. I was pleasantly surprised! The bill came in $50.00 under the estimate and the work was done very quickly. I recommend this place!

June 6th 2017This is the 3rd time in a row that I have called MXLP over the last 3 weeks wanting to come in and have a new set of tires installed on my Harley.I called at 8:05 today on a Tuesday, the Gentleman answered and I asked for a new set of tires installed on my Harley and he once again stated cant do it today this is the 3rd time in a row. He told me they only have one mechanic working there and he is too busy. What happened to the advertised drive in and drive out? That isnt even an option anymore??Im Never going to try this place again.

I took my 4 wheeler in for a carb job and oil change. When I dropped it off they told me it would be around $300. It took them 2 weeks to get it done and when they called me to pick it up they said it also needed an air filter and the charges were now almost $500 which I know is ridiculous. I went ahead and paid for it anyway and left without a problem. Over the weekend I opened the air box and it was very clear that the air filter wasnt replaced so I took some pictures. I went back to the business yesterday and asked to speak with the owner and showed him pictures of the air filter. He was very rude and asked me to bring the 4 wheeler back. I told him just give me a refund for the filter and the labor charges that I was charged to replace it. He never said he was sorry or anything, he just acted like he didnt want to deal with me. He then said he would give me a refund for the filter but not the labor. We got into an argument and I told him I wasnt going to pay labor time for something that wasnt done. I have never been so disrespected in my life. I could not believe he was arguing with me about a mistake that his company made. I went in there thinking that he would make his mistake right instead I was wrong and he didnt. After he gave me the refund just for the part he told me to leave his shop after I had just spent $500. I have already called the BBB and they are working on getting me a refund for the labor time. I would definitely not recommend taking your motorcycle, atv or anything else to this place because they do not stand behind their work and correct mistakes.

The worst service Ive ever experienced. Got some work did to my bike where the bolt for the tire has to be loosen too tighten the chain. I didnt put 20 miles on my bike before the tire came off while riding and i just had got it from them. They didnt even consider resolving the issue. Instead i was treated like crap. I use to have the utmost respect for the people there until this happened. The service is very very very very very poor..... Lucky to even get a star from me. Plus i spent over $1,000 with them and thats how they treat their customers.

DO NOT ...I REPEAT, DO NOT GET ANY WORK DONE HERE!!! The men worked on hubbys motorcycle for a month because THEY broke the housing to the CARBURETOR and had to order a new one,(Thats what we were told) However instead of replacing the housing which THEY broke, they GLUED IT BACK TOGETHER!!!! YES ...GLUED IT. and got charged $600.00. They will screw u in a minute

It was my first time there, with my first motorcycle. Even though I ride a bike they dont typically work on, I was treated like a customer that had been going for years. They fixed me up with a set of new tires and Ill be a returning customer.
