I go to this Bartlett Jewel Osco at least once a week to buy my grocery and beer needs. The customer service at the self counters and manned counters is always courteous and good. I have been going here for many years and never had any issues.

Dennis, the cashier, does a wonderful job. Always so friendly. Best grocery days are when I can get in his checkout lane.

Like most stores these days, not everything is stocked. I couldnt get small Pet milk, hard cheese to be hand grated, Crunchmaster crackers or frozen artichokes. Every grocery store is the same and I end up having to go to at least 2 different stores to get what I want.Jewel does better than some others.

Was able to get vaccinated here and everyone was so nice despite having to vaccinate in addition to their normal pharmacy duties. Was able to shop while I waited the normal 15 minutes before leaving.

Jewel was once a tired grocery store. With the advent of Marianos and other competitors they realized they had to up their game. Their new app is outstanding and you can find many deals on the app. I think Jewel 2.0 is excellent. Highly recommended.

I am giving this rating specifically for the floral department. The young lady who helped me is named Bella. She put together a beautiful arrangement for me in no time. I have always had great service from Jewel floral departments but Bella went above and beyond and did an exceptional job! Thank you!

Nice for food

Poor selection. Lacks very basic selection such as regular plain yogurt or goat dairy. Full of junk food such as low fat yogurt with tons of sugar pretending to be healthy foods. Surprising in such a neighborhood as Bartlett there is such a low quality grocery store.

Best to go through the self checkout lane. Carts are sanitized after each use and they have wipes and sanitizer available in many locations throughout the store.

Went here on a Wednesday bad choice on my part the produce was well picked over and very little selection . It look like they were just getting set up for there new sales add for thrusday so they had not restocked . Just as a mental note dont shop here on a Wednesday afternoon pick a different day

Way better then Carol Stream location. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because I almost broke a tooth twice on something rock hard inside 2 different house made polish sausages from the same package. I’m a fatty and have eaten more then most people in a lifetime and never experienced anything like that before. Scary.

Lots of great frozen foods, I get most of my coffee there because its affordable and still good, the free sample in the back is usually great, and the staff are nice people.

Keep the older people employed. I like to see over 40 year olds working. The young ones are not to communicable

Love my hometown Jewel! The employees are so very kind and helpful - always have a smile, which, in 2020, is no easy feat in the customer service industry. My location often has things other Jewel stores dont, and/or higher quality items. My sister is always lamenting how lame her local Jewel is compared to my Bartlett Jewel, lol!

I love shopping at Jewel-Osco. They have good deals on a lot of items at most times. They are fairly good at keeping in stock items on their sale list, though there has been a few times they didnt have the advertised items. The employees are friendly and helpful. I think they need more help at the deli counter, sometimes its slow, but most places are. Produce items last me throughout the week sometimes longer. Ill always be a Jewel shopper as long as its here 👍🏻

They were very persistent in seeing that I got my second covid shot

I recommend using the jewel app when you shop here. You get significant savings and very frequently free items and rewards. If you dont use it your shopping bill would be expensive. It seems that they expanded their produce section so they sell more of this than they did before. They have a decent healthy/natural food aisles as well.

Produce is always terrible, store isnt the cleanest, and I had 2 containers of creamer that were bad and even though the products are bad and should be disposed of they still wont take returns or exchanged due to COVID-19. Jewel corporate needs to get this figured out, as some customers have items purchased in March they havent been able to return.

My go to jewel store as the employees are generally always helpful and respectful. A few awkward or slightly annoying instances but for the most part a very well stocked store. Definately one of the better and cleaner locations!

Fresh Produce most of the time, but its sometimes expired or old. Everything else is pretty normal for a Jewel.

I found EVERYTHING on my list. I NEVER get to claim that. I found new items that I never saw before and decided to try. The store was clean and I didnt struggle to find things. I drive a little out of the way to visit this specific store because the Staff are super helpful, the cleanliness of the store is never lacking and the quality and variety of inventory/food is always wonderful! Night and day difference between Bartlett Jewel and Streamwood Jewel.

Our local Jewel food store is very good and they have many deals too.We like shopping here due to its location as we can walk to it if not buying lots of items. The staff here are very nice and help when they can.

Lately, the produce has been very bad. I have had to throw away half of the cuties tangerines. One day old. The shelves have been bare and items that are on sale have a fast expiration date. The meats have also been terrible lately.I think I am going to start driving a bit farther for fresher items. I wish there was another closer market in Bartlett to give this jewel competition. Maybe they would start caring more.

Parking lot was full! A large Hindu wake at Country Side funeral home across the street. They were all parking at the Jewel and walking across.

Every time I come here, the staff is very kind and helpful. However I am leaving a 1 star review because I have experienced an employee named NINA on multiple occasions be disrespectful to customers. She treats customer inquiries and interactions like a chore in addition to talking down to the rest of the Jewell workers. I believe this employee is a manager as the other workers were showing her deference in these situations. Her unprofessionalism and disrespectful tone that she takes with patrons is detrimental to a customers experience and I have had a curt interaction with her on more than one occasion. Having to have her assist me at the customer service window is a dread and I might start going to the Streamwood location just to avoid this employee. It is terrible that one rotten apple can spoil the bunch because every other worker at this location has been WONDERFUL. I hope this behavior is something that Jewell addresses in the future especially in times when the Bartlett community as well as the rest of the country are experiencing anxiety and change.

You can NEVER find what you need. Understaffed. Veggies are marginal only. Organic over the top expensive. VERY expensive prices. Only ONE door open at 7 30 a.m. seriously? People actually WORK and need quick access. I ordered what I needed at Amazon same day instead. Bring back ANY small mom and pop store PLEASE!!!

Always a great place to shop.

Disappointed again today. I wanted a particular prepackaged lunch meat. There was only one choice of several kinds, and there were only two of those and both were spotted with mud, as if it was dropped in a puddle. The prices of regularly needed items also have been steadily increasing and not inline with the other grocers in the area. The special sales are great tho. I love the cashiers, staff and location, and would prefer to buy local; but they need to work on these issues.

Went to Jewel this morning to get a fresh veggie tray. They did not have any pre made, so we asked the produce Manager if there were any in the back already made up. There was not, but he went to one of his employees named Maria and she actually came out from the back of the store, gathered all the fresh produce and made a tray up for us while we shopped. What unbelievable customer service. We love this Jewel. Thanks to the produce Manager and also Maria. Great job!!!! Thank you!!!

A perfectly fine shopping experience, although their parking lot is far larger than necessary. Convenient selection of items placed near the front. The entryway doors could also be bigger, as it is single cart in and out currently on some.

Didnt have everything I needed but otherwise great store

Great food!

Its close and convenient, so thats a plus. However, with exception of a handful of people, it seems like most of the employees are miserable. Some act like youre interrupting their socializing time to do their jobs. Some are downright nasty. That being said, there are a handful that will go out of their way to help you and are super awesome and nice!

Michelle as my Jewel moved to Belvidere there are no Jewels out here.

I like to go late at night. Typically only see one or two people. Everything (bakery, deli, meat, produce) is OK, not great. Good for weekly trips, not so great for specialty items or anything out of the extreme ordinary. No Cook County taxes added a star to my rating.

A classic store! Has a lot of unique products that you wont find at other grocery stores.
