I have purchased from Steve at Industrial Sales Company for 15 years and have had the best experience with his service and incredible ability for locating and solving many problems that I have encountered during my work with different projects. No matter the size of the order or the types of items needed, Steve always provides professional and friendly service. I highly recommend Industrial Sales Company and the services that they have to offer.

Do not buy from this company. They sell second hand, refurbished items and try to pass them off as new. They do not pay their bills. Steve Porter is not someone you can trust. He is facing legal action for theft and fraud. I highly recommend you avoid this company at all costs.

Please ignore the posting from N S, Orders2 ET, Saime Sophia these people are not telling any truth and making false accusations. This is a terrible disgruntled and disrespectful person and associates that owns a company called Benchmark Tooling and is upset with me because I requested that he remove the tax that I paid for something to resale to a customer of ours. He would not issue the tax credit and he was also disrespectful to Karen in our accounting department. I usually do not respond to reviews like this, but it is important to understand that we serve our customers with professional and honest service and with the highest respect to our customers. It is unfortunate that some people that we purchase from to help our customers have a bad attitude and are very disrespectful to post such a negative comments about me and our company. The reason for me contacting Neil was simply to get a tax refund credit because I was charged tax for some items that I purchased for a customer and we are charging the customer tax. So in essence we are paying taxes twice, once with this supplier who would not issue us a credit for the tax that he charged us and tax for the amount we collected from our customer. Unfortunately, Neil, with Benchmark Tooling, is an individual who is doing the scamming and insulting and I was simply trying to purchase from this company, not sell to this company. This Benchmark Tooling company is a supplier, not a customer and I guess he left a terrible review because he did not like my request for the tax to be refunded. He calls himself the owner of Benchmark Tooling. I would not recommend anyone doing business with Benchmark Tooling due to the harsh attitude of the owner, Neil, and his disrespect towards customers such as myself.I would have to disclose also that the comments made about me are obviously not true and his associates, Saime Sophia and Order2 ET, are making slanderous comments that will be reported. I have never groveled for any business and never stolen or been disrespectful to people that we work with that are honest with us. We promptly pay our bills and always value the trust that honest people place in me and our company. The unusual issue here is the resentment and the angry revenge of hatred and the threat that was made to me by Neil at Benchmark Tools about his comment to post negative untrue accusations about me and our company on google review. He said he would do that just because of a request for a refund for the tax we paid and if that was not bad enough, he was very very rude to Karen in accounting as well. People like this should be reported for deformation and posting comments that are absolutely not true and very disturbing. The only legal actions that I can think of here would be the ones that I may make against these people if these false and untrue posts are not removed and I see more posts like this. This is false accusations and will not be tolerated. I am very disappointed with people who have nothing in their life better to do but to insult and harass people. I make this statement to let all people know that posts like this are based on revenge because these people did not want to work with us in getting our taxes that we paid back after we presented a tax exempt form to Neil. The rudeness and scamming in this transaction came from Benchmark tools and the people association with the business. I would seriously recommend to avoid these people for who and what they are. Do not buy industrial supplies from this company. They do not sell new products, its a scam. Everything is either used or refurbished and they try to pass it off as new. Steven Porter begged and groveled for us to do business with him and as soon as he got what he wanted he started lying and cheated us. Low quality person. Stay away he should be fired.

Steve Porter is a thief and scam artist. Do not buy anything from this company. They buy products with all costs displayed upfront, once they receive products they refuse payment and never give back what they purchased. They must be in bad shape to be stealing from other businesses just to have things to sell. If you buy from them you may be buying stolen goods and may be subject to legal action. Stay away from this sham of a business.
