The stone of my engagement ring fell out and I went to Robert Irwin Jewelers to have it replaced. The sales staff were so kind and helpful and assured me that they would not only replace the stone but also retip it and install new shanks. The rings were reinforced and thickened on the back. I was very pleased because when I had the rings repaired at another jewelry shop a few years ago, all they did was fuse the rings together. The price for the repairs was very reasonable too. I highly recommend that anyone who needs jewelry repairs go to Robert Irwin.
