We had a very good experience at Minimax. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and attentive during our visit. There was a lot to see and therefore a lot of choices.

I highly recommend speaking with Kristin at Minimax. She is fantastic to work with. She listened to what I wanted and what I could afford. Kristin started pulling all kinds of pieces out and putting them together. She came up with a beautiful design as well as a plethora of recommendations for my new construction home. We looked for hours at pictures and samples and she put forth an amazing amount of effort to find exactly what I wanted. She made lower price selections available when the price was too high and corresponded constantly with me via phone and email. A big thank you to Kristin and Angelina they were awesome to work with!

Wow I was blown away today by the friendly and super competent help I received today from Kristin and Angelina today. They provided great options and solutions for my cabinet and flooring needs!

Employee Daniel Gravley is so rude and unprofessional. Did not want to address any questions. Stormed off when asked for quote in writing. Had to call back to speak with manager. Daniel Gravley should not be in his position of dealing directly with customers and first line of contact if he does not have the patience to deal with valid and reasonable questions over such a huge investment. I would not recommend doing business with this company if they stand behind this type of treatment.

Poor service after the sale.Nothing but a hassle so far trying to get our countertop installed. For 3 days in a row (so far) we have waited at home for the installer who never shows up. No one contacts us until we call to find out whats going on and then we reschedule for another day of waiting around for nothing. They must know they have us over a barrel since it took no time for them to demo the old countertop and we have already made the down payment. Very disappointing.

This company came to my home Dec/Jan of last year and never even bothered to provide an estimate even after phone calls to ask for it.
