Great place to not only buy the consoles, games, accessories, merchandise your looking for, but also great to swing by and talk games. Super helpful staff that will take the time to talk shop and never make you feel like just another sale.

Rather Empty Store with not alot of options.

Change the hours to opens at 3pm. Only one employee and he doesn’t open until then.

Very helpful. Great selection of vintage. I like to call ahead to see what they have. Good prices. Go when you have the time to shop they have quite a bit.

This place is sad. Selection is very limited. The lady working there was super nice. But they did charge me 50$ for Xbox one power supply. A used Xbox one was like 100$ at the time. My fault for traveling without it...anyway this store needs to move stat!!! The mall its in is on life support. I hope they get a bigger space somewhere else.

They keep their store organized and prices are great, store is a little small tho. its hard to navigate when more then 6 people customers are in the store. otherwise its a great place to shop. Manager will have conversation with people and explain why he does certain things in the store which is sometimes helpful.

Great place for used movies and games. So much selection, plan on being there for afew minutes.

Bought Final Fantasy XV two days ago brand new and started having issues with it but unfortunately since it was new I cant get a refund, only 17$ store credit but apparently if it had been a used game I could have gotten a full refund which doesnt make sense to me. Id be happy to change this review if someone could explain why its like that or if a GameStop rep sees this and offers me the exchange I expected or close to it. Honestly I hate leaving bad reviews but I felt this was necessary.

People give great customer service. And if its not in store they will order it for you no problem.

Team members are nice but manager was way too pushy. I just want to go into your store and buy games. I dont want to be a rewards member. I dont want your extended-time refund package. I dont want your scratch protecton, I dont care (nor do I believe you when you tell me) that you buy all of this nonsense for all of your games. I understand its your job to push this stuff, but dont bs your customers or try to make them feel uneducated when theyre not interested in your upsells. All he needed was a brown suit with a tuna fish stain on it and he fit the stereotypical used-car salesman..

Really bad with phone customer service. They pick the phone up and hang up or push a button to make it go to voice mail which is full and its not suppose to be full so customers can leave a message. They need to answer the phone and say thank you for calling gamestop can u please hold or please call back in a little bit Im busy. Just poor phone customer service and communication all together.
