Purchased car from dealership. Traded in our vehicle. They were quick to post our vehicle we traded in for sale but we are now on week 2 without the car we purchased. It broke down before we even received it. This was a $31,000 vehicle. They continue to avoid our calls and make up excuses that their parts department ordered the wrong part. I sold a car to them on 8/23/21.They sold it to a new customer 2 days later.They were pretty quick to pay off my loan balance, but took forever to pay me the remaining $6K. After several un-returned calls and an additional visit in person I finally reached out to the general manager, who called me back and assured me that I would get the check soon. I got it yesterday. Exactly 30 days after I sold my car to them. They claimed that they were waiting on lien release from my bank. I called my bank and they said that they had no problem providing it to them by email same day. Instead the dealer waited for the release to show up in the regular mail. Then they waited additional 10 days to finally pay me.

We purchased a 2019 CRV Touring in March of this year. Our salesman was great! However the finance department was less then forth coming. We didnt want any extras and had to go back and forth several times he kept pushing us to try to sell extended warranty and other nonnessary and extremely expensive add-ons. To the point we almost did not purchase the vichicle.After much push back we finally got him to take all extras off and agreed to pay the original sells price.However when our finance paperwork came we had charged $2000 extra.. pay close attention or you are likely to be bullied into things you dont need or want.We will never purchase from them again or recommend them.

I came in to get oil changed, tires rotated and rear wiper replaced. I always dread bringing a car into the dealership for something, but Doyle was so great, I no longer feel that way. I also had another issue. I had canceled my extended warranty in December, 56 days after I had purchased it and 5 months later my loan company had still not received the full refund. I was told that it had never been sent in, but it would be sent in today and I would get a prorated amount back instead of the full amount as per contract and the guy that had canceled it for me was no longer there. In a nutshell, I talked to Mark and he fixed everything and I was totally satisfied when I left. This is the second time I had an issue and it was quickly taken care of.I would recommend Patriot to anyone. Their customer service is fantastic!

We had the pleasure to work with Kayla Packard during our process and she is phenomenal and made the process stress free.The only two issues we had one more troublesome then the other is first.... The vehicle we purchased went through detailing before it was handed to us. However, there were sunflower seeds dumped in the center console still, dirty used bandaids still in the door pockets and one of the back seat mats never made it back in the car. But the one I was frustrated the most over which I now see we arent the first ones for it to happen too after reading through reviews is the price that is listed online and the same price verified to us once there was not the price the finance dept put on our financing papers. The price they put was significantly higher. If we wouldnt have caught it and questioned it we would have been paying way way over what we should have been. They fixed it but insure you triple check all financial numbers on your contract before you sign anything. After reading the reviews this seems to be a common occurrence.Facilities were very clean and I would recommend that you consider looking here for your future vehicle needs. Thanks again Kayla. As good as all my prior service experiences have been with Patriot GMC my last didnt turn out well.Had several service items taken care of last trip, oil change, tire rotation, fuel induction, tune up/spark plugs, front end alignment, etc...About a week after service was done engine started missing so bad it was really struggling to make up a hill. Took to my local mechanics and he found several loose spark plug wires. Mechanic reconnected them and has been doing fine since.I think some technician retraining might be in order here.

I have got to say, I stopped by with no intention to buy, just to look. But regardless the Salesperson who worked with me, Nicolas Vaughan, was more than helpful. I have to say first that I enjoy my new to me vehicle, however the customer service experience has been less than I could have ever imagined. When going over the service contract I asked a few questions regarding covered parts vs not covered parts. These contracts are rather lengthy (19 pages). It takes a few days to read all of the fine print and digest the content. Come to find out the specific parts I was told verbally that were covered are not covered. There has not been a failure of these parts with the vehicle or any part for that matter. While I have been extremely nice with this dealer I have gotten to a point where this review is needed. I have requested either for the dealer to correct the contact or refund the price of said contract. I am happy either way but something needs to happen. We are going on 6 days and still no response.

We had a nearly perfect experience at Patriot, well worth the long drive from Emporia, KS. Our salesperson Solomon was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, especially where it came to wearing a mask in light of the Covid-19 pandemic. The vehicle we purchased is a great deal, a 2018 Chevrolet Equinox with the 2.0 Liter Turbo I4 engine. Couldnt be happier with it!The one small downside to our visit was a little bit of a surprise concerning the online pricing (on Autotrader and on Patriots own website). The vehicle was listed with a price *after* their automatic minimum $2,500 trade in value. One would expect that the price listed on the website would come down if you brought in a trade, but this is not necessarily the case at Patriot. If you happened to bring in a trade that was valued at more than $2,500, then the price would, indeed come down. However if your trade was valued less than $2,500, you would still get the minimum $2,500 trade knocked off the actual price.Solomon explained it to us early in the process, so we werent blindsided when it came to signing sale paperwork. However I believe the management should have made the pricing structure more obvious up front. There is a disclaimer at the bottom of any vehicle detail paige that used vehicle price includes all offers and incentives, but does not specifically list the minimum $2,500 trade in value that they offer. And even if it did, who honestly reads those disclaimers? I know caveat emptor, but still.Dont get me wrong, the vehicle was a fine deal regardless of this pricing structure. I just wish it had been made more clearly known before they had reeled us in to a multi-hour drive. It has definitely led me to file away the question of Is there anything else we should know that isnt obvious on the website? before visiting a dealership in the future.

I have always enjoyed going to Patriot. The service personnel are always friendly and give updates on the progress of your service. Even for an oil change. The waiting room is nice and comfortable with tv, free wifi and sometimes if they arent busy a salesman will come in to visit and pick your brain on what type of vechicle you have and what you like or dislike about it. I took my Granddaughter to Patriot to buy her first car. She loved the experience. The salesman even took my car back to the shop and had it detailed (which it needed badly) for me as a Thank You for bringing her to Patriot to buy a car.

During a recent trip back to Bartlesville, my check engine light came on and it turned out that my car needed a major repair. The hands on service that I received from the Owner, Tatton Manning and Service Manager, Jennifer was exceptional. As can be expected, I was very stressed about having car issues while being 12 hours away from home, but it turns out this was a huge blessing, as they treated me and my car with the upmost respect and care. No one had any knowledge of what was in their used vehicle inventory, and it was faster to look it up on their website than it was for the sales person to tell me what they had.Very disappointed, and they lost a customer, as Im ready to spend some $$ on a quality used truck or suv.Perhaps I expect to much? SMH
