Had a little bit of a wait in line, but wasnt bad. Employees were nice, friendly and helpful.

The pharmacy at this location ALWAYS closes early. If their hours say they are open until 6pm, then theyll be closed at 5:45. Always. Never fails. There has never been a time if I got there near closing time that they hadnt closed early. It is extremely frustrating because of my work schedule, I cannot get there sooner than 5:45pm on Saturday or Sunday, so I am unable to pick up my prescription because someone doesnt want to work their scheduled shift. Today, they closed the blinds to the drive-thru window in my face as I pulled up. Im appalled with the terrible customer service. Wont be using either Walgreens in this town EVER AGAIN. Will be calling the corporate office first thing Monday morning to inform them of their stores awful customer service practices.

Very unfriendly employees. Stiff and dont like to be bothered. Very disappointed in this store.

Not sure what is going on... This is the second time my medication has been short! I have complained before about this! I will be filing a police report.

Two calls in the last week. First time, it’s called in and we are told it would be ready in 25 minutes. We call and call throughout the day and it’s never prepared. Also never contacted when it was ready.This was the last time I use them. Sick kid and the dr called in the meds 3 hours prior. They claim it was never put in the system. Then the manager lies and says it was just called in. Then she complains about being swamped all day. I’m the only person in line so I go inside and tell them just to make it now as there are no other customers. They say they have to do a “safe count” before helping. Never again. Unorganized, dishonest, and terrible service.

Nice people but clearly overworked in the pharmacy department. Very courteous, but it took a long time to fill the script, and there was a long line behind me, and the 3 staff were running and sweating. It was clear that management needs to hire more people.

The pharmacy experience is either great or terrible, very little in between, hence the midway 3-stars. I would score 3.5 if this system allowed because I believe in second chances. I am being generous right now since it is a very bad pharmacy experience that has prompted this review. On the plus side, Angela in the main store (at the register by entry doors / ATM area) does an excellent job. Why they are a 24-hour main store with limited pharmacy hours, within walking distance of the hospital, never ceases to amaze. On the plus side, Bartians can purchase snacks, health and beauty products in their pajamas in a cozier environment than Walmart. Final grade = C+

Very pleasurable overall shopping experience. Fast & curtious with a smile was all the staff. They even gave me 2 manufacters coupons for $1 each off of 2 boxes of Extra Strength Mucinex DM tabs without me asking & that helped.
