Looking for a car is never fun or at least not for me. I am your normal everyday person. I do not have a high credit score (nor the lowest) Im not rich. So its almost always a nerve racking situation. Not anymore.If youre looking for a vehicle Id go see Jena the sales lady and let Helen the finance lady and last but never least Kevin (Im not sure who he is in all of this but he is great). Dreading being told how I should improve my credit I was ecstatic to get a 3.79 interest rate. Im telling you go see these people theyre wonderful. Even Rollin with Nolan shops there he got a new truck thats a 19( brand new to him) I wasnt even looking to buy a car and Kevin came out and offered me some money for my car. He informed me the current interest rate I was paying was high and what did he do he got me a 3.79 interest rate. So I looked over used inventory picked out a few cars drove them even took one home and signed all the paperwork on it woke up the next morning didnt like it and took it back. Kevin the whole times trying to get me to try a Dodge Journey that I didnt like. started on this quest on a Friday and this was the following Wednesday. I pull in his dealership he hands me the keys to the Dodge Journey says its got a full tank of gas and go just drive it, see me Friday. Before I got out of town I knew he was right this was the car! A Dodge Journey with less than 10,000 MI and did I say this before 3.79 interest rate, drives like a dream, can haul my kayaks and I can even sleep in it if its raining!!Now they have a customer for life. So spread the news folks Bartlesville Chrysler Dodge and Jeep where Jena Kevin and Helen will put you in a good vehicle with a great interest rate. Oh Rollin with Nolan really likes his as well a 19 frontier with low miles. Jena will help you find a vehicle. Helen will help finance. Kevin will make sure its all done right. We left our car in their possession 9/9 to sell, it is now 9/28 and we do not have the money we are owed, but our car is already for sale. The sales person, who we have used 3 times before told us nothing about how the process worked on us getting our money until after the papers were signed. After we showed our frustration, the salesperson told us they would try to get us our money the next day. We then spoke with the sales manager. The told us they had to wait for the bank payoff, which our bank told us would take 10 days. Then it was that they needed the title in hand. We filed a lost title and had it sent directly to them. Today we called to see where everything is at, after we talked to the bank & know its been paid off, but until they have a title in hand, which they know is in the mail. So it will be over 15 business days by the time they are paying us for the car, that is for sale on their website with pictures they took the day we handed them the keys. We will not go back to them, even though we had always planned to use them exclusively.

Went by to get an oil chage and the guy at the front desk was great at his job. He was nice and helpful, no problems there. For what cost me around $160 for oil change, filter, tires rotated, and diesel additive I expected at least tire pressure to be fixed. Now inside of truck now smells like oil or grease. Not happy with service at all.

Took my 2010 Camaro to have it looked at and possibly a new motor put in. It’s now been little over a month, and they still have not fully diagnosed what’s wrong with it. It sits in the same spot they originally parked it in. When lending me vehicles, the dealership told me that I’m putting to many miles on them to quickly, yet they have not even looked at my vehicle or started to work on it... so after 2 loaners I was no longer able to use oneUpdate.It is now April 30th, my car has been at the dealership since the beginning of January. I had authorized a motor tear down 3 times, which never happened. Instead, they suggested that I purchase a new motor without knowing what was wrong with the one in it. So, I did, $5000 later they said it would take 5 days to ship and 3 to install the motor... well we are at the almost 3-week mark since the motor arrived at the location, and after being told that today I would finally get my vehicle, I get told that it will once again be pushed back to the middle of next week...I no longer have a loaner vehicle because the mileage I put on them was an issue, however if I had my own vehicle, they need not to worry about the mileage.Update... complete May 11thI received a video of my car running and sounding beautiful a day before I picked it up. It was kept overnight to ensure that it held fluids after being test drove. They did have a certified GM mechanic remove, install, rebuild, and test drive my vehicle. To whom mentioned on the notes on my receipt that my timing chain was scratched (among other things) and engine was full of sludge. Its now May 19th and I have never heard, felt, or been in something that runs as smoothly as my Camaro now does. My car did have a remanufactured motor installed and after about 6 months of wait I can say that my car runs as if I just bought it brand new. However, my review still stands for more than 1 reason. The 1st being the lack of communication between everyone who was involved at the dealership and myself. I don’t think it was a customer care issue as much as an annoyed that the customer keeps bother us issue.And 2, although the woman who I did talk to finally (in late April) I credit for being the sole purpose as to why my vehicle got done as fast as it did, she did become a really rude with me at the end of the process. At 1st she was willing to be of service, then I decided to write a review so others would know the struggle and issues in case they were looking for the same serves. She called me and asked me to remove both my Facebook review and my Google review. I removed my Facebook review (which im putting back up) and was going to remove Google once I got my vehicle back. However, the dealership did not help me at all during the whole vehicle process, they made me pay FULL PRICE, made me wait 6 months to have a working vehicle, and never really communicated anything with me, leaving me extremely frustrated by the end. Why should I help their business and reviews when they NOT ONCE helped me? And that after insuring me that if I didnt get my vehicle by the 1st Friday of May that they would take care of me. And it’s unfair to the individuals who might end up in the same situation as me, who cant afford or are unable to have a vehicle for as long as I had to be.Update May 30th,My camaro started to act the same way it had in the beginning when I took it to be worked on. However, Im taking it to a different place to have it looked at in the hopes that its a easy fix. As of right now, Im back to where I was only a few weeks ago. Im car less with no idea as to whats going on with my vehicle.

Smooth and flawless car purchase.

Before buying my current vehicle, I visited several dealerships. Wes was the only person that I spoke with who actively listened to my wants in a vehicle and then delivered on the promises he made. I love my Jeep Compass and recommend him every chance I get.

Absolutely terribly dishonest place. I agreed to buy a 2016 BMW convertible from them. They told me the car was ready to go. I secured my bank loan and placed insurance on the car. Then after hours of waiting for them to send the buyers order and a copy of the title to the bank I finally called them back. Another hour of waiting and the bank calls saying the have a buyers order but no copy of the title. So I call the dealership and ask if the have the title. They say Absolutely but the car needs to pass inspection before I can pick it up. I say OK I will wait but send the title so I can complete my bank paperwork because I took the day off work. About later no title at the bank... call again and Guess What the sold me a car without the title. I was then also told the car still had oil leaks they couldnt fix. I bought a BMW the same year and miles for less money and wrapped it up in 30 minutes.Again Very Dishonest People, they flat out lied to me 6 times and cost me $500.00

We initially called about a specific vehicle, were told it was available, so we drove from Claremore to Bartlesville, only for it to be sold. So we say okay let’s look around anyways, we drive a Dodge Ram 1500 2020 (which a service guy had been using as his vehicle, so it takes them a second to move his stuff out and vacuum etc. Victoria is our salesperson, we were promised all weather floor mats with the purchase of the vehicle.....NOTHING. “It will take us 2 weeks to order them and we will give you a call” that was in May.....Not only that, we get the truck home and start to notice the smell of cigarettes....the service guy was smoking in it!!!!!!!Our experience was okay, but being ensured we would get our floor mats by Victoria and now nothing was a major letdown. I would also advise employees not to smoke in the vehicles (we also found cigarette burns in the drivers seat).Husband called for his first oil change, ask to speak to the service center....the lady that answered “well what do you need”....an oil change...”no you don’t need an appointment”....ya I wasn’t asking that, can I talk to the service dept. “oh well they are busy”. Please improve your customer service.Disappointed all around. Won’t be going back or referring.

The service department is a joke. The mechanic was supposed to file a claim with my extended warranty but refused didnt even try. Then upon picking up the car after shelling out my last 400 at Christmas time it was missing parts and wouldnt even start. The navigation hasnt worked since and they wont return my calls.

I brought my Chrysler 300 into the service department for a warranty repair for a non-functioning rear/backup camera and was told that there was a software problem but the fix wasnt available and that I should periodically check back to see when it might be available. I called monthly for over a year. Still no software fix available. Finally, almost two years later, I was told the software fix was finally available and to bring my vehicle in for the repair. I delivered the vehicle and left it for the day. Late that day the service department called and said the radio wouldnt accept the upgraded software and I would need a complete new radio and that they would order one. Over a month past and still no radio. I called repeatedly and last week the radio showed up. Once again, I left my car for the day and the radio was replaced. The next morning the camera was not working again. Took the car back to the dealership and was called late that afternoon and told that the backup camera needed replaced but sine they already replaced the radio, they would not fix the camera under warranty.Bottom line, the problem occurred under warranty. Through their missed diagnosis, unavailable software and failure to respond to my numerous requests to repair my vehicle, I was told, your warranty has expired.

Would not recommend they told me they’d give x amount for truck I let them run credit for a charger and then they only gave me 1 payment then they said they’d try a new 2020 instead of a 19 come back same payment they didn’t even try to take any off of they’re car to make a deal then I called to see about the ding on my credit and finance guy hang up on me after I told him who I was because I called the night before so I called and talked to a manager and still tried to sell to me. I’m also a return customer who has bough from them before and they also said they’d be aggressive about it which they did not try. Just figured I’d let others know About my experience. Also when we bough our Jeep from them in 2017 they wouldn’t give us floor mats for it they said it comes with a full size spare that’s why you don’t get floor mats haha😂 I will give credit where it is due Cynthia the internet sales manager was professional which was the manager I talked to.

What a nightmare of a car dealership . I applied for financing online through website that I thought would just give you information on financing itself. This place is who calls you after you apply. Then I went all the way to Bartlesville an hour away from my home. Just to be given the runaround. I gave them all the information over the phone. I went into test drive a couple of vehicles that they would be able to finance for me. I found the one that I truly liked. And then they hit me with they needed a down payment, which this was the second time than I came an hour from home and had already explained that that wasnt an option. Then they tried to push me towards the second vehicle they showed me that was high miles and overpriced and in rough shape. But felt like a total bait and switch. So then with my credit situation and the money that was not available for a down payment. The sales manager James said that he would call me for sure on Friday. And he would be calling with the vehicles that what qualify. Well here it is Wednesday and he doesnt even respond to my calls. This dealership is owned by the same people that own classic Chevrolet Suburban Chevrolet and several others. The customer service is terrible. And I have no problem talking down to you if your credit has issues. And mine does. So I guess that makes me not worth their time to call back. After having me drive up there twice this is how they treat customers. I would not recommend them to anyone.
