After a lengthy wait for repair and an initial poor experience with this store, they made it right. Not happy with the overall experience. But I respect that they reached out to me to make it right.

I stopped by while on the Trans America Trail to have maintenance performed. They got me right in and taken care of. I was back on the trail in a couple hours. Very courteous and professional. Great shops. Thanks!

This place is horrible. Had our 4-wheeler for 6 weeks, couldnt fix it, lost parts, and still charged us almost $300.00 for labor. If you value your atvs or anything you drive, I encourage you to take them somewhere else that has qualified knowledgeable professionals to repair or fix your atvs.

Been in there a dozen times. Not an employee in the place that will speak to you unless you approach them. Parts dept ok when youre ordering over the phone. NO customer service. Go to route 66 in Tulsa. They go out of their way to take care of you.

Have taken my UTV in for repair. They always have been fair on charges and did excellent work. Also give me advice on what to do/not do and prevention pointers.

I bought a new motorcycle and helmet there. I dealt with Tim. Excellent guy. The price for the bike was very good and the dealer experience was very good as well. They have a good team there. I didnt feel pressured or stalked by anyone there. In fact they just let me walk the floor and view the bikes without bothering me. I highly recommend paying them a visit. Their mechanic had me fueled up and ready to go in a reasonable amount of time as well. Overall, theyre a good team and Ill definitely be shopping there again.

Small but cool

Came down from Kansas to purchase a bike and had a buddy following. It down poured the whole way and we had some issues with his bike. We arrived and the guys at this shop were awesome! Service took care of my buddy’s bike within the hour and got him back on the road and the purchase process for me was phenomenal. I would highly recommend these guys for anything and everything you need!!! Great Job... A+

I bought my Polaris Sportsman 570 from Tim. I came from Texas to do so and must say I had a very pleasant experience. Their shop and floor are really nice and Tim was very friendly. They gave me a great deal and what I really liked was how they inventory their machines. They dont leave them out in the elements for months until they sell. Ill buy from here again.

This place is all in when it comes to customers purchasing inventory, but have absolutely no concern when there is a problem with your purchase. We bought multiple ATVs at this place, and one would think that they would be willing to make a right after they incorrectly fixed a part on one of our ATVs and it caused enough damage we only drove it about 50 yards before it broke down again. The first time they had the ATV it was in the shop more than 6 months. When we took it back they had it another 6 weeks, and AGAIN it was doing the exact same thing. Decided to take the ATV to Tulsa Powersports and they explained that Bartlesville shop had broken the shift reduction gears, which cost us several hundred dollars additional for them to repair. We took the broken parts to Bartlesville shop with paperwork stating what had to be fixed hoping that we could get a refund of the money we paid for them to fix what they actually broke and the manager basically wrote us off and wouldnt give us the time of day. Customer service/Management is absolutely non-existent and there is no way we would ever return there or advise anyone to go there. Apparently we are not a valued customer!

This shop is just incompetent, pure and simple. Went there ordered a part. They overcharged my debit card, when I pointed it out they said they would call me right back. A week later they said they couldnt find it. after going back and forth the finally refunded my money. So they call me and tell me my parts in, I go down and what do you know, Wrong Part! At that point I was Disgusted!! So I do see why they have the worst reputation of any Harley shop in the four states!! Dont waste your time or money! They are incompetent!

We had issues but Bartlesville Cycle killed it. They came through in a big way. Definitely good place to do business.

Had to get an emergency oil fillup while out on a ride (my bad) and stopped in here to get said oil. Checked my bike out and had me back on the road within 30 minutes of just walking in to the service department on what seemed to be a busy Saturday for Bartlesville Cycle Sports- very impressed and will be going back for any other service needs!

This place is the most dishonest place I have ever worked with. They will cheat and steal from you on every chance they have. Horrible service, and I can not believe they are sill in operation. People do not take your ATV there for any reason. I will drive anywhere in the nation to get work done before I go there again. Only gave it a star because I could not rate it with a negative star. Crooks is being nice about it.

I purchased a new 2019 Ranger 570 with power steering about 3 weeks ago from Bartelsville Cycle Sports, Alex helped us with good product descriptions and answered all of our questions, We bought our Ranger on Saturday afternoon and it was delivered later that evening, couldnt ask for better service. They serviced my 2014 polaris ranger crew 800. While cruising the trails in Disney OK, my oil drain plug FELL OUT on the trail and dumped all of my oil. Fortunately, I was able to follow the oil trail back and found the plug. A passer by had a few qts of oil to get my back to the trail head. In 45 years of driving cats, never had a plug fall out. What idiots.

Bought 2 motorcycles and a atv from them they are awesome

I bought a Hayabusa from here and went to go get my oil changed. When I got my bike back there were faring bolts missing, even though the service manager told me they did a bolt check. :(

Dont waste your time or money on any extended warranty. They will just say normal wear and tear is not covered. Dont recommend this place to anyone

Great products, great prices, not very good salesmen and terrible service. They cant keep service people employed at least that is the reason they give why changing the oil and filters in a new Polaris will take 3 weeks.
