Wow this was not a good experience. Manger at store #129 did not want to honor the promotion that they had advertised both in store and online. I specifically came to purchase. When speaking to supervisor and showing her the picture on line and the pictures in her store she became loud and disrespectful towards me, so that other customers would hear her as well as her employees. store Manger at Michael kors outlet Barstow made a point for everyone to notice me. I have never been treated with so much disrespect. I just wanted to make her point to be little me instead of having a pleasant time I had an anxiety attact.I was not able to drive home I asked to call her supervisor she stayed she was not able to contact her.She stated supervisor said that she didnt work on Sundays. I called corporate and no one was available. I will contact better Business bureau as well as Michael kors corporate office in order for thisnever happen to anyone else. We are from Laguna Beach, California. After several visits to this store, and awful experiences, I really need to share it. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this store. I can’t say that I’ve ever had a good experience here. With each visit we planned to spend quite a large amount of money, although we left within minutes. You will not receive a welcome or even a hello when entering, and the employees will usually be in a corner gossiping. I spoke with the manager today, and she was extremely unprofessional and rude. Apparently, my mask was not on correctly, and she said she didn’t want to wear a mask, and would take her mask off and breath all over me! What, seriously? Lol! We were in and out of other stores, and were warmly welcomed and had a great experience. Also, upon walking out of the store, she made condescending and rude remarks, and then yelled to me, have a nice day honey.

Visitors are not recommended to shop at this store. If you have already purchased at this store, please check the merchandise again.Reason: The clerk will see you as a visitor and think that you cant return it and give it to the smuggled/soiled item.Specific events: I bought a pair of sunglasses here last month. When the clerk was packing, it was backed up to us. After finishing the account, I found that there were obvious scratches/stains on the glasses case and I could not remove it. At the same time, the purchased ticket holders have been inspected before the checkout. However, when the checkout was found, the clerk could not find the barcode and changed it to another one (they insisted on the shelves are new), and later found the scratches and flaws.In summary, this is a rather bad shopping experience. The clerks mentality is very bad.
