Always super helpful. Been coming here for vape and CBD/THC products for years. (Well, the THC is new since getting sick, but you get the point.)

So Cal has changed owners. Prices are fair and service is great. Just make sure your vape pen products are compatible before purchase.

Came in one day looking for replacement vape parts and Sienna went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. She had a great attitude and was very helpful. It is hard to find such great customer service these days, and because of her I will continue to come here for vaping products.

I’ve been going here the last 4 years and when the new boys took over this shop has done nothing but go down hill. They NEVER have anything i need. Gave me juice i ended up not liking gave me store credit so i decided to get coils instead since they NEVER have my juice anymore. And THEN THEY GIVE ME THE WRONG COILS. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Customer service of this store now sucks. Along with the fact that I’ve spend thousands on bongs and pieces from there now all their glass is “for show” don’t even have any good made pieces anymore. Sad honestly wish the old owners would come back.

Friendly service. Pipes, bongs, tobaccos and vape products. A whole wall of vape juice. Great prices. Some novelties such as hats, recharging flash lights/ teasers. Check them out. Only down fall os not a lot of dipping tobacco but this is cali.

We had overload of products available for sale. Each store worker had a specialist knowledge in certain aspects of the products for sale. I live up at the lake in lake Isabella area Bella area have I will come back this way every now and then just to get the knowledge from the employees.

The workers in the shop are knowledgeable and patient. Helped me pick out a vaping product and explained to me all the ins and out. The only place I go for purchases in Barstow.

I bought a pair of gauge tapers for $3.00. Thats a better price than anywhere that I have ever been. Their vape juice selection is huge! They also have a good variety of pipes and dab rigs. Customer service is great and their staff are both attentive and helpful but not pushy.

I have been going here for years and now today it has shown me the ignorance and greed of the owner Sari over a 10 dollar defective item that I took back to him and he blatantly disregarded the fact that I should have been refunded and chose not to refund me for the defective item that he has in his possession and attempted to convince me that the manufacturer says its a good item . How would you know if any product is defective unless you use it? Now he chooses not to refund me my money for the defective item..He just lost a good customer that has patronized his business for 7 years. Greed is Greed.

This is a family run business....theyre a smoke shop,yes, but they also have cold beverages & snacks, hats, oils & incense. theyre very helpful & friendly. i cant say enough good things about theyre customer service. Great people!
