Less than 24 hours after reserving a unit, I called Lisa to let her know something came up and we needed to cancel the reservation. (Important note: she had insisted when I made the reservation that I had to sign the contract and pay in order to reserve the unit.) Less than 24 hours after making the reservation I called Lisa to cancel for a refund, since we never used or visited the unit, and she said because we signed the contract we can’t get any of our $100 back for a completely untouched unit. She hung up in the middle of our conversation and has not picked up the phone since then. Haven’t heard from her since.

Great company with amazing staff. Clean units. Clean and well maintained grounds. Surveillance.. And although follow policy as any business should lisa is very understandable, And workable as can be without breaking boundries of policy. She ( Lisa ) is very respectful, polite, well mannered And always sweet as can be, even when calling to tell me my bills late and late fees, as per policy, are being applied.. Decently and faily priced. All and all, a great place to use for storage needs / purposes..I would and do highly recomend this facility / business to any all whom are in need.of storage needs or purposes

When everybody and their brother had nabbed ALL of the storage units in VT, due to the college kids coming back into town, I could always count on Lisa, the Manager, to keep up with me and tell me the MINUTE a unit became available. ANY day of the week, I would recommend these folks!!

Have had a storage unit here for the past year and sometimes when things come up and I forget to pay on time Lisa will shoot me a message to remind me and help me with the fees if needed very understanding owners! I would highly recommend

Absolutely terrible, i wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. The owner makes threats and hangs up on you when you explain your rights under the lease. The owner makes this storage facility little more than a criminal organization with her deficient managerial skills and lack of integrity. Even disregarding the shady aspects of this business, the units are reason enough to give this place a pass. The place was filthy! When i removed my items, everything was covered in water and there were splatters of a sticky black substance everywhere. DO NOT put anything that you care remotely about in this storage facility…its a glorified dump that banks on hard working people being too busy to file a lawsuit.I can only speculate that she gets her friends to give her 5 star reviews to offset the 1 star reviews this business actually deserves.

The customer service here is far above that of any I have ever experienced with a storage facility! The units are clean and ready to move your most precious of belongings! I love how easy it was to rent and look forward to continuing my business with them! Thanks @Lisa for helping me handle my affairs because I was so frazzled at the time!! I really appreciate the extra TLC!!

Edit: they found the problem, and fixed it with a refund. I appreciate it .We cleared our unit and had given notice of vacating the unit, and when the unit was cleared, the door was left open with NO lock on it and they still proceeded to charge my card and refuse a refund because they are claiming there was a lock left on the storage unit, there was not a lock left on there because we HAVE THE LOCK IN OUR POSESSION.

I wish I could give it no stars. Horrible customer service. Went there to move my stuff out and had gotten stuck THREE people came there to plow not one person offered to help, a person driving by stopped to help pull me out. All while the people who run it were taking pictures of me.I thought it was supposed to be accessible by anyone but there was no sand or salt down. The entire place was glare ice. I tried to return the keys on the first, I went to their office and no one was there so I called no one answered so I left a message and left the keys in the unit and she called me back yelling at me and said she wouldn’t give a refund and hung up on me. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!! Horrible horrible horrible!!!!

Quick to lock up your shed for non-payment! We were waiting on new debit card for a week. That was my bad tho, and they quickly unlocked it given a check. I havent found any damages in the unit yet while cleaning it, and I hope not to, but its a basic storage unit. I didnt put heirlooms in there, (I hope) but the paintings Ive taken out already are are still in excellent shape. Clothing didnt smell musty, and its been in there almost a year. Kinda pricey

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service. My unit was empty before the first, called and let her know. Said it was fine and just get the keys back to her when ever. Returned the keys a couple of days later. She charged my card after I returned the keys,with out my consent! Even though I had only paid with it once! Very unprofessional, even hung the phone up on me after refusing to admit her mistake

The office manager went above and beyond to save me money by finding the right size unit at a cost that fit my budget! She is always there when I need to contact her with a question or concern.

Lisa charged me for another month won’t call me back or answer the phone. I have proof my unit was empty before the 1st, yet she won’t give me the time of day. Very unprofessional. I will be reaching out to the BBB. I Do not recommend doing business here at all, unless you want to be disrespected and overcharged.

Lisa has great customer service. This is my second time using store it all storage company. The price is good for the size of the units ive used and if you dont pay on time your unit is overlocked she has been taken advantage of too much so she had to become strict. Nowadays thats how it goes unfortunately. Always clean the only suggestion I would have is to have gutter drains so the rain and melting snow doesnt land on you.

Called to inquire about a unit. Got the price and was told units were available. When My daughter got there to get a unit she was told none were available and said the woman at the desk was very rude.

I have always experience great service until my last contact when i called to pay my bill and was disrespected by Lisa who hang up on my twice and assumed that i was having a bad day. she was very rude and charge my card before i gave permission as i wanted to use a different card to pay. if an employee is having a bad day please know how to keep it separate from your job. storage space great Lisa Rude not good for business.

Had a great experience reserving and purchasing the unit. Units were clean and the staff was polite and helpful providing info about discounts available!

Employee is never around. Leaves a sign in the window saying she will be in the office at specified times, then no shows. Employee borders on rude giving excuses about why she is not in the office at the times she indicates such as other jobs she holds making it impossible for her to tend to the storage facility. Paying a monthly bill online is full of problems also, trying different addresses because of hyphenated words & capital letters. DO NOT RECOMMEND! FYI, would change companies if not for the time involved to move.

Set up an appt to rent a unit yesterday, for 9am today. Arrived 8:45. Left at TEN because nobody had shown up. Left a note and voicemail, got a call back at 11:30.Not a way to run a business.

I have a storage unit with them, they are bad people to do business with, never plowed, driveway icey, slipped fell hurt myself and then when i called the office to report it the lady hung up on me, dont do business with them !!!

90 percent of my stuff got ruined cause there was a leak in the roof, Lisa said she will get ahold of the manger and we called today and she hung up on us, I will be seeking a lawyer and to make sure this does not happen to anyone else

I wouldnt recommend that anyone use this storage facility....lisa is rude and makes things a lot more difficult than need be, we caught her in multiple lies we were charged for a lock cut after we made contact with her, wasnt in office when she claimed to be there rude very snottie and wouldnt give the owners number or name, the maintenance man is just as bad

When you call the store it all and you get the voicemail and they said theyll call you back within 15 minutes they do. And if you have a problem at your storage unit you can call them and they come within 30 min or less.

Very rude and terrible customer service. If you need need storage go to circle street storage.
