The staff there is extremely helpful and friendly, there are constant CDC guidelines county wide on updates for masks. No specifics need to be pointed out. Don’t listen to the rudeness and unhelpful. Pandemic has brought out the worst in some, and the kindness out of others like the staff that continues to show up! Keep it up everyone!

Depends on when you go in but I feel like the people there arent really helpful... Then they probably arent paid enough and just sick of it. Not sure. Either way I hate going here when I need things printed out or shipped

Two cashiers failed have masks on today Friday, June 26 in the middle of a pandemic. Clearly staples does not care about the health of their customers. I decided to wait for the one young cashier who had a mask on and when I left I thanked him for caring about the health of others. Another cashier yelled out that she had a medical condition that prevented her from wearing a mask. If that is so, Staples only has to provide a reasonable accommodation for said medical condition… It is unreasonable to put the health of their customers at risk so this person can be a cashier. I won’t be returning.

Went to return some Amazon items. The shipping department isnt big enough to take advantage of the QR codes Amazon gives you so the guy walked me through doing it the best way they were able to get it done. Very friendly, very helpful, and cracked a few jokes inbetween

I was waited on by Mark yesterday afternoon after trying to find the items myself. He found everything so quickly and cheerfully. He deserves praise for that. I was checked out by Mariah who did a great job also. Your store is to be commended for having such good workers. Thank you.

I came in to print a color poster. After being ignored by the salesman, The manager came over to help me, looked me up and down and told me they cant do that here. I asked him why he couldnt print a poster if I emailed it and he handed me the contact info card and walked away; he never returned. I watched as the salesman that ignored me came up and helped the person behind me and then call another salesman over to help the other person behind me. After waiting ten minutes without being acknowledged, I walked behind the counter.salesman: can I help you.me: Yeah, I emailed you a poster that I need printedsalesman: if its color, Its going to take a few hoursme: thats fine, Im in no rush. Can you give me a call when its readyI gave him my info and was told Id hear something in two hours at the latest. After waiting five hours, I went in to find the salesman and manager had left for the day and the counter was being manned by what looked like a 15 year old girl. My order hadnt been started and was just left there. I explained what I wanted and she did it in under 30 seconds.The manager that looks like Rob Reiner and the older salesman are completely inefficient.

Not impressed. I was in the store for 25 minutes, had 3 questions to ask a salesperson so I could make my decision, and there was no one to help me. The cashier said another tech person was on break and would be back in 10 or 15 minutes, but after unable to get any assistance for the prior 25 minutes, the chance was slim to none that I would wait around that much longer. There were 2 cashiers, 2 people on the print dept., and one tech person who was with the same customer from the time I walked in to the time I walked out.

Had my iPhone fixed here, just due to a cracked screen. The phone worked PERFECT prior to getting the screen fixed. They gave it back to me, and I wasnt even able to activate it because it didnt work within 12 hours of me having it. Brought it back, same thing happened. 3rd time they sent it out to Texas for 3-5 days which turned into 14 days with no explanation at all as to why it took so long. Just got it back after 14 days and doesnt work within 5 hours of taking it home.

Went in to get my iphone screen replaced. The tech tried to replace the screen and ended up messing up the piece further. Rear camera and flashlight were among the ones identified as dysfunctional. Store sent the phone to some third party agency in Texas to get it fixed. Received the piece on the 8th business day but with issues. Tech support and Customer Service experience were a total disaster. Shouldve noticed the review that was put in 10 months back with similar problem. In any case, gave an expensive device into the hands of an incapable team and regretting it now. Will not go back to this store again either for tech support or for purchases or anything else. As a matter of fact, may avoid any Staples store for good. Experience was that bad. Was not even giving it a single star rating. Google isnt allowing to move forward without selecting that star. Waste of time, money and a complete waste in all aspects.

Ordered laptop on line. picked up at store and no one ofered to help setuphad 3rd party set up and for 2 days working great, 3rd day it went into a msg-computer unstable etc. could not restart after all options offered.kept going back to unstable msg and try this. 1 restart,and finally choosing bad option after exhasting all others . lost all,files, emails etc..not a plus for HP unit.Had enough and returned unit and got refund. However frustation,may have crossed off Staples and HP unit pavillion 17-1262nr notebook for me.p.s. have had HP units last 35 yrs. what went wrong?////1
