Tobi upgraded our various computers recently. There was a lot to do that involved various functionalities particular to our operation. The work was performed at a convenient time, and there were no glitches. Tobi communicates well, and he right-sizes the solutions. We are very pleased.

Recently brought in a Samsung Galaxy 9+ and had the front screen and the back glass replaced here.I did my research before coming in, so I knew the approximate pricing it would be if I had bought the parts for myself. His prices were reasonable for the purchase of the replacement items plus repairs. He also made sure the phone was charged, and updated me about the battery status (since the phone had been out of commission for several months, I did not recall how well the battery held a charge). Wait times for getting help at the counter as well as from drop-off to pick-up were all reasonable.The phone is in wonderful working order, and Ill be back soon to replace the battery. Ill also be coming in to repair my own Samsung Galaxy 9+ whose screen cracked within two hours of picking up the repaired phone (which is my spouses)!

I dropped a stapler on my phone, destroying the screen. I called Toby after contacting another business, I expected to hear that a screen replacement would cost more than justifiable As I’d come to expect talking to the other businesses. To my surprise Toby was more then reasonable on price and completed the repair same day. Very I knowledgable, friendly and eager to help, even installed a screen to help protect it from my clumsy behavior in the future.

Tobi upgraded my wife’s MacBook for Christmas and did an amazing job. New battery, screen, quadruple the ram and a new SSD drive to top it off. The computer now competes with a brand new one. I have an old Alienware Aurora 3 that hadnt run effectively in about 4-5 yrs. Took it in to Tobi and very quickly diagnosed the issues, multiple, and came with options for fixing it. We have a special computer that runs our Dyno Machine. We essentially place a motorcycle on the Dyno and adjust the air fuel ratios to make it run better. Our computer, that runs the Dyno, went down. I called Tobi. He asked some questions. I was concerned about how long it would be before he could get to evaluating the computer. He recognized we needed it to make a living and asked that I bring it right down. We dropped it off at 10:30 and it is now back in our building at 1:50 p.m. He understands that many times, computers are not just for people to surf the internet, we need them to make a living.
