Looking to purchase a new mattress, we walked into Mattress Firm. They have a huge selection in every price range and comfort style. The gentleman at the helm was very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He took the time to help us research what we wanted in a mattress and pinpoint what we thought would be best for us. There was no steering towards the more expensive or talking us into anything. I would recommend stopping into Mattress Firm and see their selection.

The staff was knowledgeable and very thorough about going over my options. I asked them many questions and they had answers. They also asked me questions to which I would not have given any thought without a prompt from them. The delivery time of the new mattress was surprising--less than a week. Very good experience.

Tony did an outstanding job of pinpointing my pain points with my current mattress (oh my aching back/neck/arms/feet, just put a bandaid over my entire body…) and asked the right questions to set me up with a bed that’s “just right!” A happy Goldilocks here…

My boyfriend and I went in to purchase our first bed after so many years of awful hand me downs. The manager, Chuck was incredibly helpful, kind and really easy going. We checked out each mattress in our price range and he gave us great tips to help us decide which would get us a good nights rest. We loved the attention to detail and the attentiveness to our particular needs. There was no rush and we were encouraged to really try our different sleeping positions. I didnt think buying a bed would be so easy. The prices are very reasonable. There is an affordable option for everyone (including payment plans). Chuck even walked us to the door on our way out which I love! I think this purchase will honestly be the best one Ive decided to make and Im so glad I made it at Mattress Firm. Thats not just lip service. This is a really great place! I cant wait to catch some more Zzzs 😴

My husband and I had the very best time today working with Matt. We were just out to look but he made it such a great experience. It was relaxing-and I dont mean just the mattresses. We didnt feel pressured and to us that is VERY important. Matt was the only one there today and when we arrived there was a couple there and another couple came in and he was so good at making sure each of us had attention and he never showed any signs of being overwhelmed. He asked us all the right questions on our needs and just made us feel like we were not just a number or a sale that he just had to get, it was all about us and it was great! We both felt very comfortable, so much so that we didnt need to go shopping around like we had planned, we wanted to buy from him simply because of how we were treated. If fact if someone told us we could save $100 by going someplace else it wouldnt have changed our minds. Kudos Matt- you are a prime example of what truly wonderful customer service is.

The employee we dealt with originally was very polite and personable, however he was new and on his own in the store so he forgot to have me sign the finance paperwork or review the order with us. We ended up having to take another trip to sign the paperwork and again, our order was not reviewed with us. When our bed was delivered with a king mattress but a California king frame. When we went in they said they could deliver a new frame but we would be forced to sleep on it this way for a week. We decided to checkout other options and ended up finding the next step up for less. Also the guy we dealt with last, my boyfriend asked for the regional managers number, he wouldn’t give us a number so he said he would have him call us and we still have not had a call yet. Also the return email we received had a threatening message about how an inspection of the mattress would be done when they pick up and if it was damaged we would be forced to pay a $500 return fee. We literally will have had the mattress less then one week when it’s picked up so I’m not sure how that would be appropriate unless you had had it for at least several weeks.

I had a great experience with Ashley. He was knowledgeable, kind and pastiest with me while I processed all the information. I made 2 visits and did a whole lot of research online before deciding on the right mattress for me. I am waiting on the delivery in a few days and can’t wait to experience a better sleep. So far customer service was great. I am happy to support a local business during these challenging times.

I stopped by to ask a simple question and ended up getting a new adjustable bed frame for my existing Tempur Pedic bed. I did take my time to try out all of the models and pillows, since I was there, to be ready when I wanted to upgrade my mattress too. The salesman was very knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and kind. He emailed the warehouse to ensure I got the earliest free home delivery and installation appointment possible, and called me at home to pay via email when it was all fixed. Great experience. He even went to the brand website and was sure to price match me the added sales discount I had discovered as a result of the upcoming holiday.

I went in with a price range in mind. I was shown what they have in stock (I wasnt willing to wait), salesman wasnt pushy at all. It was quick and painless, however had I been open to seeing more or really learning about the different mattresses it was clear they were knowledgeable.

My husband and I came in to the store today just to browse. Our current bed is costly and only 5 years old... but its very uncomfortable. Shelly showed us a range of mattresses in our budget. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and resourceful. She worked with us to receive credit approval. Once we were approved, she worked to get the mattress we wanted within our price point and even threw in some free pillows for being approved. Now, we are walking out of here about an hour later with a new mattress to be delivered and set up directly in our home! The process was so easy and we will refer all of our family and friends here! Excellent buying experience! Stephen, our salesperson, was knowledgeable and personable but in no way pushy. My wife and I tried dozens of mattresses, found our perfect one, and bought it with a great discount and financing plan. Couldnt have been a better experience and thats saying a lot from one who hates shopping! Oh, and Stephen managed to give us his full attention while greeting many customers coming thru the door! How did he do that?!
