Very kind a helpful staff. We dont have a Joanns in our area and took the hour drive to go here and to Starbucks. We got there somewhat late but they still were kind and didnt rush us through or treat us bad for it. Very happy with our purchase, kind staff, very helpful!

Lots of cool hobby stuff but way too expensive for me. Im Just a blue collar girl! (More expensive than Michaels crafts!) i wish i could afford to shop there more often and not just at Halloween For costume supplies!

Not many employees, the store looked very cluttered and unorganized. However they did have a wide selection of fabrics and the staff they did have was awesome and friendly.

This Joanns location is simply wonderful, but I am worried that the store is not getting the care and attention it needs to stay safe for the employees and for the customers.My daughter and I used the ladies room while there, and after flushing the toilet, waste water started bubbling out of the drain on the floor. I know that this has been a problem in the past, and I believe that heard the associates saying that the reginal manager has been inattentive to some of the basic repairs that need to happen to keep the store running safe. Now, this was here say, but I do know that this particular plumbing problem has been an ongoing issue for years (this is my go-to fabric store). I do hope that someone in the regional office sees this post, and plans to do something about the poor plumbing.The associates are simply wonderful, and always helpful. The store is always clean, and full of good deals.

It always looks a little bit like a storm just went through here and the space is depressingly large and desolate. My partner crafts and sews, but they refuse to go in because they claim the vibes here are anxiety-inducing.I agree with this, but I dont mind because the employees are very nice and helpful and there frequently are good coupons.

Staff was knowledgeable, kind, helpful and had the one item that I had gone to 5 other stores for. Thank you 💗 for your help I will be back to see the whole store.

This store is ridiculous. I am a crocheter. I go into this store all the time to buy yarn. Every time I go back to get more of the brand and color I need they are always out. An it takes this store forever to get the yarn that I need. I go onto their website to see if they have it in the store and often it says they will have the color I need and how many they have in stock. I call the store to see if they can check out back. They always come back and tell me that they cant find it.

My favorite store. Employees are always pleasant and helpful. The store is always stocked and clean.

Good selection of crafts, though need a bigger store . Not enough room for certain yarns and yarns will be on special that they don’t even carry. They should make room for those yarns and get rid of some of the baby yarn which they have so much of. But, as for crafts I love it.

They always have the knitting needle supplies that I need, but an unfortunate lack of single ply yarn (whether in store or online). Due to some employees being sick at the moment there were only two employees working the registers and quite a long line (which they actually moved quite quickly), so no one was available to assist me in any way about finding a product. Overall, usually a pleasant experience, but not at the moment, due to being understaffed.

Great selection of Googley eyes. We found 6 different sizes and colors.

Went there to browse and had a few ideas. The new girl Ryley was beyond polite and even though she wasn’t 100% sure where things were she was more than happy to make sure we found the items I needed. She then cashed me out and was sweet and funny. I loved the customer service and the store itself was clean and stocked well. I will definitely be going back!!

This location is always clean, with friendly staff and a great selection. Take the time to download the app, the coupons are phenomenal- you can use multiple coupons at checkout and get a screaming good deal.

Always a fun place to peruse. They seem to always have items on sale and if you download their app, you receive great coupons that can be scanned right from your phone, I recommend having them loaded before entering the store as the signal is quite poor inside.

Its hit or miss here. Great deals at times. Got a 70% off coupon?? Good luck using it as most stuff is already on sale and you cant use your coupon.

Convenient, and can sometimes keep me from having to go to Burlington (but not usually, unfortunately). Limited selection for the jewelry making supplies I typically need, but good for emergency basics. Always go online for coupons, which help with the higher cost beads.

They have a lot of stuff but like many businesses, they are understaffed. When I need them, they bend over backwards to help me or any other customer, are unfailingly polite and know their stuff. There just arent enough of them present.

I go here for a couple of crazy items, one is a case that is perfect for loose Matchbox and Hot Wheels cars, and secondly hobby suppliesIts a great store, take your time, sign up for there offers.

Small store with not a good selection of items and hardly any floral items at all. 1 cashier to cut fabric and ring up sales so be prepared to wait a while in a line. Does have a lot of free parking and convenient location

Awesome sale with mo coupon. Paid less that half price for upholstery fabric.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Sewing machines and supplies for them are somewhat limited in selection. Example they have lubricating oil but not grease for the gears in your machine.

Has enough things I guess? They also have a restroom if you have restless kiddos with you.

Moderate size Jos, not particularily prone to going to this location as I was while living in CT. If you like needlecraft and sewing this location is definitly geared toward fabric and fiber arts more than art, handcraft and hobby.Clean location, organized, bathrooms and good customer staff. So Im a a cosplayer and I make my own costumes. For the project im doing right now, im making a Renaissance dress for my snow white cosplay, and I had to get materials (obviously), so by the end of my trip, I spent $93 on fabrics, ribbon, thread, zippers, flowers etc. Im very happy with the progess im making and how I was able to find what I needed, for the most part. Thats the only reason I didnt give it 5 stars, because I needed a few things that I wasnt able to find there.

Horrible customer service. A cashier named Erica refused to return my item to get a discount even though I used to work at a joanns and knew very well it was possible. She said it would take her too long and it will take me at least twenty minutes to type up six bar codes. Horribly rude and would recommend a speedy firing.
