Shocked when my run flat blew on the highway, called K&W tires & they took it right in, had 4 new tires added the alignment & was ready for pick up within 3-4 hours! These guys are special. They have helped me with a couple of difficult situations, including letting me park my dog in their shade while I had a medical appointment. Very kind in their interactions. I have only had a tire changeover and inspection. Im live a little far but would definitely try out if I lose my local mechanic. Good prices too.

I highly recommend K&W for tire needs!Today I parked to write a text. Went to drive away and had a flat. What luck?!Put on the spare and drove to K&W. As always they were friendly and ready to help. I showed up with both kids (as I was on my way to drop them at school).They kindly repaired my tire, replaced the spare, checked all my tires for air and wished me a good day! Either they could see how bad my day was or they are psychic. Either way, their kindness will never be forgotten.

Over priced, did things I did not ask them to do and got charged for it. Said they would do things and never tried. Would have been cheaper at the dealership.

Cliff and the other guys helped me out realizing the wheels had locking lugs from the previous owner. He called Honda down the road and got me in touch with the right person down there to replace the lugs with normal ones. I was in a pinch and they worked it all out. When i got back the tires were done very quickly. Nice waiting room and a good spot. Thanks guys!

Wow K&W Tire in Berlin just made my day. Waited 45 minutes for my oil change, (used to waiting an hour minimum at the dealership), lady at the counter hands me the keys and says it’s on the house ($60) then gives me a punch card with 2 punches out of 5 towards a free oil change. 👏👏👏

There is a new person in charge with a new staff . It is one of the most friendly and helpful groups of people I have encountered in a while. You are always greeted with a handshake and they are willing to help and give the best service possible. Oil changes and tire changes are easy to schedule and done while you wait at good prices. So wonderful to have a customer oriented business near by.

The gentlemen at KW Tire were kind, supportive and incredibly helpful! When I got a flat tire at the Dr. office next door, one of the employees came over to fix it and was there within minutes of me calling after I had waited over an hour for AAA to arrive. As an 8 month pregnant mama, I was so appreciative of their chivalrous help, and blown away that they didnt charge me for changing the tire OR patching it! I will definitely be bringing my business back to them and highly recommend their work. Thanks guys!
