Not friendly. Ive never gone into this store and felt welcomed. If youre browsing to see what your options are youre better off to go elsewhere. All about the sale and that is it.

Bought a dishwasher from them 9 years ago and have had nothing ut trouble for the last 7. Can get no satisfaction. Will never buy ANYTHING ever again from that store

I went into the store on Monday to buy a washing machine after ours broke. We worked with a salesman who was very helpful and ordered a machine that he stated would be delivered to the store on 8/13 (Thursday). After I scheduled help to pick-up my washer, the same salesman that helped me brought out a giant box marked Dryer.Obviously, this was a large mistake, but mistakes happen. Instead of taking ownership of the mistake and trying to find a solution that worked, the salesman immediately began trying to allocate blame. Once we went inside the store, he reluctantly admitted that the mistake was his, but never transitioned to finding a solution. As soon as I suggested that we void the entire purchase, he immediately accepted that suggestion and never once tried to procure a washing machine.It was terrible customer service. The other 2 individuals that were with me to assist with pick-up shared the same opinion.

Have always liked this store. Its now under new ownership. Web site says they are open but I have called 4 times today and no one has answered.

The staff was attentive and had lots of info about fridges and the likelihood of getting a chest freezer during the pandemic.

Bad people they pick on me and did not have any thing there web site said they did I left with out buying anything because they were picking on me and my shoes

The sales rep was great, he gave us a sale that was due to start Monday and we came in Friday night. He gave us all the info we needed in order to make a good purchase!

Purchased a Craftsman 26 snowblower last year and used it THREE times. Drained the gas before putting it up for the summer. Went to start it up this year and nothing. Cleaned fuel lines, which were clear, replaced spark plug, and still nothing. Now it appears that I have to repair the carb. What a waste of $800+. I was a lifelong Craftsman customer. No longer. This Sears was of little help other than to give me the name of a small engine repair shop.

The customer service that I received from this independently owned Sears store was incredible! The owner of the store helped me personally to resolve an issue and he kept in touch with me until everything was taken care of to my satisfaction.I would highly recommend this particular Sears store if you want to be treated like a very valuable customer.

Friendly and easy to work with. Not to big to push you aside. Sales man was helpful and knowledgeable.

Bought a washer and dryer found a dent under the washer door that was not obvious didnt see for a month. The washer was charcoal grey and blended with shadows. said nothing could be done will not go back again

Will never purchase from sears again. Online said washer was 399.99 wouldnt honor price even though it said pick up at that store for that price. Talked to manager which wasnt helpful either. Said we could bring back the washer return it otder it online and rebuy. He also said they do match prices but cant match sears online. I have purchased all my appliances there in the past and never had an issue. The So will never shop their again.

Its locally owned and if it isnt in stock, they will get it for you. Also do price match and they make it a point to greet each customer that comes in.
