I always try to comment on the positive things about the places I visit. This place puzzled me. We started paying for merchandise that was not delivered to me after three monthly payment dates. The merchandise did not arrive and they returned the credit I had paid. The staff has no training to offer alternatives. All the products for which we asked some specification did not know it and they asked each other without finding answers. Not even a letter to go to for information. Such a good building and location to position itself in the market in the central mountain area ... How I would like them to get up with an opportunity. It would be super to see them get up ... Management and Administration can do it.
