Everybody is friendly and its not crowded like the other two big chains in town. Meat department will get you taken care quick. Most items seem cheaper than those other two as well.

I MISS the store in Fairdale! It was SOOOOOOO convenient. The property owner screwed them over on rent (so Ive been told) and they had to close that location. This seems to be the only one I visit anymore. Its very clean and about as organized as a Save A Lot can be.

This store was super clean and friendly ! Am a Kroger shopper, but their meats and produce have gone down hill and shelves not stocked very well ! Save a lot was a refreshing change and i will definitly be shopping there more ! Their fresh meat is first rate and a lot cheaper than Krogers

I have ALWAYS LIKED SAVE A LOT!Because I do.,..if I go to Kroger seems I overspend for basically little of nothing much, whereas at Save a Lot I purchase 3 x the amount of groceries, for much less.I like their Meat Section most especially. Reasonably priced, good quality, and particularly the way its packaged...as opposed to Wal Mart.

I drove from Shepherdsville just to get my can good. Love this store!!

WOW THIS PLACE REMODEL ABD LOOKS GOOD IT SEEMS TO BE TO CHOPPED. TO MANY ITEMS SPREAD OUT AND IT GETS ME UPSET WHEN THEY REARRAGNGE ITEMS IN STORE THEN U CANT FIND ANYTHING BUT OVERALL ITS A GOOD PLACE TO GO,IF YOUR A BRAND NAME PERSON. I was shown a real act of act kindness this evening by a lady working as cashier. Store was clean and had items stocked.

My favorite quick stop grocery shop. Good selection of foods and ingredients. Often has very few shoppers so you arent waiting for someone to decide on sweetened or unsweetened peas. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well laid out.

The best Save A Lot store I have ever been in. The employees are fantastic the managers are the greatest. If you are looking for something they dont point it out they take you to it. The store is spotless. The employees treat you like family. When my kids enter the store they are greeted by there names. The Save A Lot in Bardstown KY is the best ever!!!!!💯🤩

My family enjoys most of the brands Save A Lot carrys from Giner Evans brownie mix and muffin mixes to the Macrum seasonings. This location is close to my Dads so after a weekend visit I stop in to pick up a few items on the way home.

Also the meat is good and they have a butcher there at all times keeping up with the meats stocking the coolers. Also if you need your meats cut a certain way he will do it. I love this store.
