Wayne was absolutely wonderful. I honestly can say it was a joy to get my TV from them. Due to the pandemic my credit went to hell and was needing a tv. It only took minutes and I was good to go. Great experience and would recommend them to anyone who needs household goods.

I have bought 3 different items at American Rental in Bardstown and I have to saw those people are awesome. Carrie is the absolute best ever. Great customer service. I recommend this place.Once again I went back to American Rental. I know have purchased 5 items from them and there is at least 2 more things I need. They are absolutely the best. As long as you pay your bill you will have no problems!!!!

I only go there because it is the only rental in Bardstown, Kentucky. They are the worst rental place I have ever rented from. Customer service is a joke. Ive read my lease and I know my rights as a renter, they still tell me something different. I would not reccomend them AT ALL. If I could, I would rate them a ZERO, A NASTY STAFF. A STORE WHO ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY, NOT CUSTOMERS. A STORE THAT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

They had one price on a rental then after adding everything its $5 higher then when you go pay your payment its $5 higher than that. Not honest about their prices.
