It is a very nice place to shop. The employees are great friendly and helpful. I like to call it my tranquil place. The food is fresh and they carry a lot different and things you cant find at other stores.

I would give this store 5 stars but they stopped carrying bob evens maple breakfast sausage. There bakery has some wonderful people working to keep all the delicious treats a rolling.

Typical eagle. Its BBBBBB-TOWNNN though, so theres those critters walkin around but ignore them and they go away... very nice cashier

Its ok! The employees are not that friendly though. As in, no one says hi to you! No one looks at you, and no one ever asks if you need any help with anything. When you do find someone to help you, you are destroying their day by asking a question. Not a really great atmosphere. I have gone in their for awhile and I feel like the vendors will greet you more actually. That is my only complaint though. Other than that, the store itself is nice.

Love going to giant eagle they have great selections and you can save money on groceries and gas with your card.

This Bakery, cake designer JENNA is the BEST around, at the Barberton Giant Eagle!!! Jenna went ABOVE & BEYOND to accommodate what could have been a disaster. She made my fiance a 50th birthday sheet cake, w/ a personalized image. I brought it home...super excited and put the box on my table. I still had shopping to do for the party I was planning, so I left the house to do more shopping. I came home to find my lovely CAT laying on top of the CAKE BOX!!!! I screamed and cried, because it took the image off the cake. The next morning I woke up at 7am, and called the bakery frantically. Because of Covid, I wasnt aloud to bring the cake back into the store. JENNA offered to meet me outside in the parking lot to FIX THE CAKE!!!! She brought a cart out with icing and tools. She literally fixed the cake and it was beautiful. Honestly, it was the BEST CAKE we have ever had!!!! JENNA deserves a raise and is an outstanding employee!!!! Thank you so much for saving the day and the main event...the cake!!!! I highly recommend this bakery and Jenna!!! Thank you very much!!!

Typical big box store for a sale u better down load coupons.. Just give me sale price ..Employees were very nice and did not wait in line ..limited product I want .

Thank goodness they had my cats canned salmon with sauce in stock. He wont eat anything else. And the cashier was great. Very friendly and helpful.

Our local Giant Eagle grocery store has always been stocked well and there is always staff to assist. Thankful we have this grocer so close to us and they make shopping convenient!

Quite possibly one of the worst locations in the chain. Dirty. Overpriced. Poor selections compared to Wadsworth, Green, even Waterloo Rd. The prepared foods, deli area, is a shadow of its former self. The prepped food tastes like it is close to spoiling. If Marcs were to come to Magic City, this Dirty Bird would close up shop.

Hubby & I stopped by the pharmacy (* after doing our grocery shopping!) & got our Covid vaccine! No appt was necessary & they took care of us within 15 min, after we arrived! 👍 Good job pharmacy staff!

There is a really weird dynamic at this store, the employees do not have a pleasant demeanor, and they all do this weird thing where they stare at you and touch there own mask anytime they make eye contact with you as if to silently scold you for not wearing one, I must of seen 3 employees do this particular action on my last trip.

I like this Giant eagle store, the hot foods department is outstanding and the quality of their meat is extremely well the prices are a bit high but overall a very very nice store and I consider the staff there excellent.

Very clean, organized store. Everything looked so fresh and I was able to find everything I needed. We were very happy to see hand sanitizer throughout the store, wipes for the carts, employees sanitizing the carts and surfaces while we were there. Only problem or dissatisfaction we had were the customers that could not follow the one way arrows through the aisles, but that is no fault of the store!

Good to experience..but I wish they would take the arrows off the floor and make it so you can enter and exit both doors...!!!!! That is one of the reasons I dont shop there much

Good working there and clean store

Conveniently located at the corner of 619 and Robinson Ave. The selection is good and the shelves stay stocked. The parking lot can be problematic to navigate, but this is as much the fault of the customers as it is the layout. State liquor store is adequate.

Like any grocery store as long as you stay to the outside perimeter and dont go down the aisles your fine. The fruits and vegetables are so expensive, it is winter so I guess there out of season prices cost more for a crappier product makes total sense, not at all. Also checking out is a nightmare, they have more self checkouts going then cashiers, and ppl are doing cart fulls themselves which lets face it, shouldnt be. Please put cashiers back in, not only does it give jobs back, it speeds up a process most ppl would rather not do, Im talking about actually going shopping.

Check out could be a better experience, it takes way too long to check out and not a whole lot of care is taken when bagging my items.But they stay in stock with all sale items regardless of covid..I shop here weekly

This store makes no sense in where they put their products. I looked for dry beans they had them in one aisle but the rest was in a completely different aisle. I spent over a hour searching for products in this store.

Great store overall, just too pricey. Found a certain drink there for 6 dollars but Wal-Mart has the same drink for half the price. Giant Eagle does have some good deals though.

Giant Eagle in general... need to schedule a Covid Vaccine? Youll need to wait on our website for 30 minutes before being directed to the scheduling site where well give you one option thats 90 minutes away, by car, and when selected says that no appointments available. I can only guess that 30 minute wait is intended to discourage people from getting vaccinated at Giant Eagle, every other site informs you immediately and doesnt require that you waste your time. Thanks for making this pandemic even worse.

During the current pandemic that has taken a bite out of our beautiful planet, take notice of the care Giant Eagle employees have taken to fill that void. Tell them you care for them. Thank them for stocking the shelves so we can have a healthy dinner with our family and friends. I agree one more cashier would be nice.

I do alot of my shopping here. About a week or two ago I stop in the deil to get my husband so lunch meat for work . The kid (Gage) at the deil who took my order was very rude mumbled and was talk to him self then touch his hair when I ask him to change his gloves he was very rude I spoke to the supervisor of the deil and said he take care of it. Spoke with the lady at customer service to make sure everything was ok and she apologized for his behavior and said he was having a bad day. So the other day I stop back up there once again same kid but another one had the same attitude as well as gage. So of the ladys at cash out are also rude as well I understand everyone has there days we all do but when you are dealing with the public these things should be left outside the door or see if you can take some days off till things are a little bearable for you to come back to work. I wonder hate for one of your works to flap at someone and it may not have a very happy ending.

The Giant Eagle in Barberton is wonderful. I am disabled and have to ride around in a cart. I cant reach things on high shelfs. All you have to do is ask and the store will have someone help you through the store do your shopping. Right now you enter on one side and exit through the other. This is fine because it keeps people from being around each other. Go when they first open to be around less people. The staff are very helpful and the manager is kind.

The deli counter had a sign that said be back in 20 minutes with a line of people waiting. When I called the customer service desk I was told that only one person was working that area today. That is the store managers job to step in. Ridiculous! A lot of people walked away during that time period. I will go to green store.

Some old grandma at register wouldnt let us buy food cuz we have medical conditions which disallow us to wear facemasks, disgusting! never coming back here
