The donuts very good; however, their menu is very misleading. Menu said one dozen ASSORTED - cake and raised was 12.99. when he ring me up at 17.99 I was informed jelly filled and creme filled was not included in that price as raised. They VERY be much are raised donuts ...just filled. I can go to other shops and the price quoted for a Dozen includes jelly or creme filled. Very disappointed ND wont be returning . I was feel Very be misled.
I dont think I have ever flat-out spit a donut out of my mouth, before even attempting a swallow... that is, until today.Not only are the donuts quite overpriced (both compared to other places and in exchange for what you get)... but the taste was downright unpalatable.The unique flavor mix of both stale and dirty and/or burnt cooking oil made for a bitter aftertaste and difficult palate cleanse, afterwards.Needless to say, I will not be returning.
Still the best doughnuts of anywhere. If you like plain cake doughnuts with lots of different topping options, then this is not the place for you. Once you have had Jubilee, youll wonder why everyone raves about Jack Frost Doughnuts and Peace Love and Donuts...you wont find a better cream stick (longjohn) or apple fritter anywhere.
They have the best maple cream sticks and lemon filled donuts.
