Even if your prescription is ready, long waits are the norm. There is rarely enough staff to handle demand. Retail products are significantly overpriced compared to any other stores I shop, including other drugstores. I could go on but I’ll end by saying the location convenience is the ONLY reason I continue to do business there.

I’ve currently been waiting over 15 minutes on hold. I can literally never get through to speak to the pharmacy staff unless I have 30 minutes to wait. For one of the highest grossing pharmacies in the country you would think they could afford to pay more staff. They charge more for most prescriptions than any competitors and where is the money going? Straight to the top leaving others to fend for themselves. I don’t write a lot of reviews anymore but I needed to write this one because I am so disgusted.

Pharmacy service is gone. Waiting 15 minutes on the phone is not acceptable. The store parking areas need cleaned up, so many leaves and trash. I will no longer be going there for Pharmacy requirements, everything has been transferred from cvs to a competitor. You are failing the people at the Barberton store.

Just stick to Nortons pharmacy or youll wait a hour for your prescription. I had to call Nortons location to see if theyd just fill it for me as Im still in the system with my insurance and they were so quick to do it for me I got a text five mins after getting off the phone that my script was ready. Now thats what you call customer service!!!

You can never reach the pharmacy by phone. My doctor sends over a prescription and everytime I go to pick it up, its not filled. So I try calling before I drive all the way there, and seriously no one ever answers. I have been waiting for 20 minutes.

The drive thru pharmacists are super rude and do not know how to plan accordingly. If you have a list of patients doing a covid test wouldnt you think to put the tests together so you can hurry with the line? They need to listen better also, repeating things gets very old. I do not recommend this pharmacy. Go to wadsworth or even norton for WAY better service.

Each and every one of you do a fine job. From the store to the pharmacy. Several times needed a prescription done at a certain time and you got it ready at that time. I take in effect that you are constantly busy therefore sometimes it takes a little bit longer. But all and all very happy with this store and pharmacy.

This pharmacy is poorly staffed in order to meet the demands and the business of the location. Long wait times. Prescriptions taking days if not weeks to fill. No follow through on anything you ask them to do. On hold for minutes, hours, just to get a question answered. Line backed up into the aisles inside. 15 minute minimum per car wait in the drive thru. Quite possibly one of the worst pharmacies in the CVS chain. Their home office could not care less. They really should just close it down until an entire new staff and pharmacist is in place. They are going to hurt or kill someone! Go elsewhere!

Wait...wait...wait...wait...wait...wait...wait...wait...wait...getting the picture. Doesnt matter if your at the drive through or go in, you WILL WAIT for your prescriptions. Transferring my stuff to Acme and never looking back. This is by far the worst service I have ever experienced at any pharmacy.

I am only giving 2 stars because one is for Angie and the other is for Casey. Awesome pharmacy workers. Other than that u get a lot of rude people who never have your prescriptions done when promised. I ordered mine 2 days ago on the app and I went to get them today an they still said yet another hour. Why bother asking what time youd like to pick them up. Happens every time anymore. Hire more good employees or just shut down. This location us a joke. Only reason Ive stayed this long is cuz I really like Angie an Casey. But highly considering switching.

This pharmacy needs to shut down, the staff is rude, your medications are NOT filled in a timely fashion, wrong medicine....was given someone elses medication and thank goodness I realized it before I took it. Waited on hold for 1 1/2 hour to check to see if my medicine was ready but noone ever answered the phone, I think Im still on hold. Called customer relations two weeks ago and someone was suppose to call me back in 2 days still waiting. Im done transferred all my prescriptions to rite aid.

Every time I think it cant be as bad as the last time. Every time its worse... today they sent me away saying they didnt even have my prescription. I call the doctor, my doctors office actually spoke with the pharmacy. I go back and I see it clearly there, attached to a monitor! Now they have to call the doctor to confirm whatever and its going to be 20 minutes to fill a prescription theyve had for THREE days.

Close to my house so convenient. Has a Drive thru. The pharmacy has a revolving door. I never see the same person twice. Have had problems with prescriptions but a lot of the times it is the doctors fault. Now that Norton Acme has a Drive thru am thinking about changing. I KNOW all the people there. The problem is I have to drive farther. Do you choose convenience over competence?The doctor and I were put on hold for ONE HALF HOUR. Definitely thinking about changing drugstores.

They are the worst pharmacy ever. I tried calling this pharmacy to get my medicine transferred to Walgreens after I went there and I was told they don’t accept my insurance. However, it was an mission impossible. I spent the whole freaking day calling because they put me on the longest annoying hold. At the end I have to go back in my self to get my meds transfer. I mean if I can gave them 0 stars I could. Total wast of time.

Staff here are generally busy with filling orders, but are always friendly and helpful. Havent had a single problem in the pharmacy.... Up front, had to wait for a staff member to finish her conversation with another staffer to get a flash drive from the display...

12-6-191 star because there is nothing lower.My doctor called in an RX for me on the 5th. It is now 24 hours later.This RX is for a nerve condition, so I can sleep. I was just told that it would be an hour. They have had it for 24!!The snotty attituded girl in the pharmacy said well, we have waiters here. What does she think I have been doing?Incompetence. Bad attitudes.Might get to sleep tonight.12-13-19 called first thing this morning and ordered refills. Was promised 3 pm. It is 4 pm and they arent done.Why am I surprised?

All of the workers at Barberton are awesome. Coley is always very nice and helpful. I have shopped at several different CVS stores and I always end up back at the Barberton store because the employees are the best!!

There is a man that works at your Barberton CVS location named Cole(y) and we just wanted you to know he is awesome and so is his dedication to your company. Today I went to the store and he was outside sweeping up the sidewalks and getting the leaves and trash away from the parking area, he is seriously always going above and on! He is always helpful when you go in to the store and courteous when checking us out. I told him today his hard work doesnt go un-noticed and I hope thats true from your company. When I was telling my assistant about this experience she knew exactly who I was talking about and told me she feels the same way and thinks he and his service to customers is amazing also!

Absolutely the worst pharmacy! Took 3 hours past I was told it would be ready and still had to wait 20 minutes after getting there. All they had to do was put a label on it, no mixing required. To top it off they were rude...never again.

I dropped off my prescription at 12:50 pm on March 21, 2019 and was promised it would be ready by 2 pm, I go back at 6:50 pm and was told it would be another 10 minutes before it was ready, I told the cashier it was promised to me for 2 pm and why do I need to wait another 10 minutes? Her answer was sorry we are backed up. Get your fingers out of there and get to work people. Never in my life have I ever had a problem with CVS, you no longer have my business.

I have a 21 month old and a 7 month old. My 7 month old was is the vehicle screaming from pain of his ears. I went into the pharmacy drive through and have them my childs insurance information. They told me I can drive around (already waited for four cars) or come in with my two children by myself and my son screaming hmmm. Went around and waited behind another four cars. This is ridiculous. The prescription was called in that morning and I called and was told it was ready.

Its just as horrible as these reviews say,😠 Pharmacy they didnt even have a antibiotic in stock its widely used. Didnt have my name right included my middle initial as part of my last name!! Then my other Dr. Sent a prescription it AOL. Dr says called this was the third time trying. This prescription is very important! No way never again,BYE! So young and D@#b! Its SAD😵😞😢
