I buy alot of parts from them.but ever scents theres the people changed on the floor.peo0le cant find parts in their system 5 different times now Ive been in. Now Im heading over to a competitor to get parts now till maybe this can be resolved

Great service daniel helped me with my wipers

I needed to replace a battery for my wife’s 2014 Equinox and went to my favorite Auto Zone which is here in Barberton. Jeremy and Randy had an issue as the post had welded itself to the battery and they worked for quite a while to remove and replace the cable and then put in the new battery. This was being done in a drizzling cold 48 degree day.Thank you very much guys! This is why I go to Auto Zone for my auto needs.

This is my favorite store to go to. And they never hesitate to help someone out,& they are always a perfect example of what a place should be like. Normal Autozone location. Prices are ok. Know exactly what you need before going in as the counter help leaves much to be desired.2 out of 3 times youll get the part you need the first time around. The days of skilled help with pertinent technical advice are gone.

Auto Zone is the only place you truly want to go the service is the BEST Duralast tools are just as superior as Snap on only with out the high prices same warranty ONLY EASIER TO REPLACE YOUR BROKEN TOOLS! AND I ONLY USE A.C. DELCO OR DURALAST REPLACEMENT PARTS AGAIN CANT BEAT THE PRICE OR THE WARRANTYTHANK YOU FOR ALWAYS BEING THERE SINCERELY. WILL FIX. IT.

Never ever shop at AutoZone again!!! worst customer service!! I went in on Saturday to buy 2 front rotors and pads... Of course they dont have the rotors in stock but they can get them to me by that afternoon from a different store. I said I will come in and pick them up tomorrow... I go in today and they only have one rotor.. I said can you get the other rotor today and she said no its out of her control ... not Im sorry we made a mistake but let me see if I can get that in for you ... I said Im never setting foot in an AutoZone again and she just said ok I really dont understand the I dont care about the customer attitude that AutoZone has ... but I dont have deal with it anymore!!!

I was having problems with my battery. I bought a new one and they refused to help put it in. I am a young woman that had no tools or any knowledge on how to put it in. Then they were mean to me. I wont be going back to the Barberton Autozone again.
