Absolutely amazing. Duane and Brian and there entire staff do a great job. Ive had them put together a couple AR based guns for coyote hunting with ATN night and thermal optics. The knowledge they posses on what they sell is second to none. I wouldnt hesitate for a second in recommending them for any of your gun work. Great Job.

Went here for the first time today. Took my mom with me because she has been wanting a 9mm EZ Slide. They had exactly what she wanted. The guy that helped her seemed very knowledgeable. However he seemed very arrogant. Whenever I asked him a question I always felt he was looking down on me. I asked how much the eotech was in the display case and he told me too much and pointed out a cheaper optic I wouldnt put on a BB gun. Funny part is I have that eotech optic with the g33 on one of my rifles. I had every intention of coming back to this place to spend A LOT of money. Not sure ill ever be back. Its a cool place but arrogance is something I cant stand.

This place should be 5 stars across the board. The staff is more than helpful on ANYTHING you need. If you know anything about firearms you will be impressed. The range is honestly just a perk of a store this nice. You wouldnt expect a top notch range at a store so stocked with product and knowledge but they did that perfect as well. Active target lanes. Very clean. Range officers are friendly, but also stern on firearms safety. You will not be disappointed. And if you are you dont understand what ammo prices are doing out there. Their 9mm price may have seemed high, (which it is if it wasnt for the time we are in) but they have still been $0.20‐$0.30 a round cheaper than you can find it online. If you can even find it. I fought with another companys 308 barrel for 2 years to get to shoot straight and finally broke down for a Dez barrel and first day I was repeating thru the same hole. If I didnt have to work, I think I would spend all day at Dez. It never gets old talking with them. Its the highlight of my week.

Wonderful family owned and operated business. Hands down the best indoor range I have ever used. Range rates are fairly priced, and the annual range memberships are a great value. Retail store has a great selection of guns, ammo, and accessories at excellent prices. On top of all of the above, DEZ builds great rifles at great prices. I had the privilege of working with Brian to order a custom rifle. Brian made the whole process fun and easy, and made some excellent suggestions to make a great rifle even better. Stop in and check out DEZ, Im confident you will be impressed.

For anyone saying “we should go”, do it! You will not be disappointed. I had brought my own rifle but they had a big section on guns to rent. Their selection of firearms and attachments was impressive. They have you sign waivers and watch a safety video that should answer most of your first timer questions. Then the shooting range! Very well ventilated, lighting was great, max distance is 25 yards, set distance with a touch of a finger, and very helpful staff! Outstanding place to fire rounds and shop.

Just happened to be out looking for something to do, then came across this gem. I had a great experience with everyone, they were very helpful and answered all of my questions. Theywent out of their way to give accurate info on all of my questions. I will definitely be back and Im also getting my conceal and carry there too. 2 weeks ago I custom order an ar15 for 1.9k, i paid half up front, I call in today and they say my riffles ready, I drive two hours for them to tell me I was denied, why not look up front, or call and tell me so I can work on it?I have no felonies with a clean record, what a waste and a let down..Who ever does their backround checks is very inconsiderate, what a bad deal..

Zero stars! First BAD customer service. Second NOT Mother & child friendly. While we were there the gunsmith thought it was a good idea to take the loudest gun and fire it right next to us and turn his head to laugh as he assumed this would make our visit even more uninviting. Overpriced. Not enough training on using the gun. Lazy helper. Rude zero customer service. Save your money avoid this place!

Great experience!This is a first class operation!I was here on vacation from Kommiefornia and stopped in to get some range time, this is the nicest indoor range I have ever been to!Really nice people and great service, the ammo prices are the best in the area. All in all this was a great experience and I look forward to visiting again the next time I am in the area.

Stopped into this great business while I was exploring the area. I spoke to the owner about their builds. I learned a ton from him. I would have loved to stay and learn more about his builds, yet my wife was in the vehicle reading and waiting patiently for our next destination.If I lived in the area I would be in here all the time. These guys know what they’re doing building these rifles and have a lot of knowledge! You will leave there knowing more than what you knew when you walked in. Even if you are new to the sport they will help you pick out what suits you best for what you want to do. I personally just go to the range and they set me up with a very nice upper for my build and sighted in my scope and did a very nice job ! I would recommend them to anyone and already have. Great family business that deserves all the recognition.

I purchased a 16 spiral fluted, nitride, AR-10 barrel. The fit and finish is excellent, rifling looks very clean. They were very friendly, helpful, and informative. They walked me through the break in process and expressed that if there are any issues at all, to let them know and theyd make it right. I have friends that have purchased from DEZ and have told me that they have been great.

Stopped in to get a new magazine today and got schooled on different things to make my particular AR a better system. All said and done spent about $100 and dont regret a penny of it. Even though the ones they make are far superior to the AR I brought in, they didnt talk bad about it nor did they push to sell there product. I will most definitely be going back to see them for the future. Great to have them in the local community! Glad I stopped! Thanks again.

Visiting the Dells and I saw Dez Tactical was nearby. With wife and kids napping in the truck after a day at Devil’s lake, I ventured inside. Was greeted by owner who was more than happy to talk about his work. An hour later, left with a wealth of knowledge from someone who knew his craft. Con: wife and kids were awake and wanted to know why I took so long :/.

I have multiple ARs built by them. DEZ makes their own AR-15s that are much better than anything you can buy off the shelf. I have owned Sig, FN, Daniel Defense, Noveske, and many other high end AR rifles. DEZ rifles are far superior in quality and craftsmanship. Not to mention they all have a custom touch. They can build you anything you want. Definitely check out their ARs. DEZ has by far the best indoor range in Wisconsin. The prices and range fees are very fair. Dont hesitate to go here.

Had one of their match grade 20 inch retro pencil barrels and front sight base installed on my A1 clone build. Broke in according to their instructions. It is surely match grade and quality throughout .Broke in easy and fast and couldnt stop there. Using the original irons and 300 more rounds later not one issue and drilled steel every shot at 100 yards. Then switched to shooting Clays at 20 yards. Floored with the accuracy you can expect out of their barrels. You have to do your part obviously. But when they say match grade they arent lying. Top notch. Leaders in every aspect of their trade. Friendly and courteous. Whether you call or stop into the store youll be treated A1. They answer your question, explain everything and dont look down on you if youre new to ARs. And they dont pressure you to buy stuff you dont need and help you with what you do need. Their gunsmith is excellent. A master in his craft. Reccomend them for anything AR and as well for whatever else you may need or be curious about. Nice to have a Wisconsin made and based business.
