When you decide to have another diamond even don’t bypass a customer who made an appointment for one who didn’t. Also don’t act like it’s a sale when the only engagement rings you have start at 3k without a diamond! Thank you so much for making me cry today…

If I could do a no star I would! I purchased two linked mens bracelets from the Kays outlet store in the Dells in December 2017. I was told at that time that after I give them to my husband for Christmas and the other for his 50th birthday that I could bring them in to have them take out any links if they were too big. My husband took them back the other day only to have one of the ladies take them and see if they could take links out. In the meantime she took a personal phone call, the bracelets laid in front of her the whole time she was on her personal call. After about 20 minutes of him standing there waiting she got off the phone and came over and said okay now back to your bracelets, sorry we would have to send these out to have links removed and it would take 2 weeks. Are you kidding me!! Needless to say he took them to a local jeweler and he did them for him right away and only charged him $10 total!! Bam! Done in under 15 minutes! I will NEVER shop at Kays again. When a personal phone call is more important than a customer who spent a good amount of money in your store comes in second that is unacceptable to me! I will not recommend Kays to anyone and I will let them know they dont care about their customers!! Horrible experience!

$15 dollars to resize a watch. I could stomach that, but the 25 minutes it took to check me out by the new guy (he was great btw) but the issue was the experienced lady who knew that he was checking me out the wrong way and just left. The new guy was obviously stifling and needed training that he was obviously not being provided. He asked for help and she actually told him not to bother her. Honestly told him that he was doing it wrong and then left. She should not have her job. I will never go back, and I will be bad talking this store to anyone that asks. Other Kays jewellers have been great.

Was very disappointed that the salesman was just trying to sell me something that day rather than help find what suits me. Ive been to other kay outlets and always had a great experience. The gentleman here either didnt know what he was talking about or lied to convince me to get a diamond when I asked questions about gems. Either way he was no help.

Horrible experience, my fiancé got me necklace and we went to return it due to some other family members got same one. My fiancé paid in cash and they would not return it for cash back like any other store they wanted to write us a check that would take two weeks to get. They keep telling us they only have 50$ in their drawer and they continued to tell us that everyday we called. I think it’s very unlikely a jewelry store that many people buy things in cash don’t have more then 50$ in their drawer everyday! I will not be going back or telling anyone about them!!

Ive had nothing but a bad experiance with these guys. Please save your money and go somewhere to were they will value you as a person and a costumer. I bought 5 rings n a branclet from them all but one item have been worked on and repaired ive lost 5 diamonds in my engagement band, two days after getting my moms opal a blue topaz along side it fell out upon bringing it back beacuse it wasnt a week yes they exchanged it for a brand new ring. But they then let me know the warrenty i bough only covers the metal because opals are so soft they wont warranty them and they dont warranty topaz either. So why did i buy a warrany for the metal thats awesome. The same day i got her opal i bought an emerald got it sized up one size 1 week after i got it back i snapped the band where they sized it up. PLEASE TAKE IT FROM SOMEONE WHO CARES. DONT GOT TO KAYS FOR ANYTHING. !!!!!! The pictures at the bottom of our the emerald i bough last week of january n its not even middle to end of march.
