Best GameStop my wife and I have ever been to! It’s about an hour drive from us but totally worth the drive. They have some of the most genuinely decent seeming humans working behind the counter At this location. They are honest, polite, and helpful as well as just plain fun to talk to while wandering the store and shopping. My wife traded in her broken switch a couple weeks ago. We had a great time talking with the guy helping us. So much so, that my wife and I both completely forgot that there was a brand new game cartridge still in the switch when we came in. Now, unfortunately there are some who would have just not said anything and kept our game for themselves on the off chance that we thought we just misplaced it. Because sadly, it happens. Anyone that ever has had a switch has probably most definitely misplaced a game cartridge or five at some point in time or another. But thankfully for us (and other customers as well as GameStop), the guy working that day is truly an awesome and decent person. Even though it was well below zero that day, he still ran outside, in a T-shirt, to chase and flag us down as we were driving away to return the game to my wife. Such a great guy and employee. He should get a raise because he totally deserves it, not that he ever mentioned not making enough there, but still.... Great employees should be rewarded For Going above and beyond because it’s those employees who keep customers coming, back again and again. I know we will even though it would just be easier to order it online since we live an hour away.

The game shop was very nice and they where very helpful

Love going here was having troubles with my ps4 stop working. Brittany diagnose the problem showed me how to reboot my system. The next problem was my GOW would not load so again Brittany came through and help me to get that game loaded. Then I was having trouble with my Skyrim game we found out that the some of the game saves were corrupted. So she recommend to set up a ps account save to the cloud delete the Skyrim game and reload Skyrim. So I did it fix the problems and now Im back playing the game. Thanks to her for being there to assist me. Wish there were more people like her to put guest first. This is why I drive and far as I do because of people like Brittnay.

The employees are always helpful.I dont hold it against them that they always have to push rewards clubs and warrantees and scratch protection. That is the fault of the company trying whatever they can to stay afloat in a digital age, I get that. I honestly feel bad for the employees who just want to work at a game store because they are clearly passionate about gaming.Employees 10/10Conpany as a whole 2/10

This place is ok. Itz a little expensive and better to get some of it on ebay but good overall

I bought a game dock for my switch and on the box it said it would come with an hdmi. Turned out the item has been used and the humidity was not in the box.

We came in to buy some gifts for my sons birthday. He had specifically requested certain gifts and my husband and I have limited knowledge of todays electronics. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and the lady helped us get exactly what my son was asking for. Come to find out, while the gifts were not the exact model he wanted, they ended up being better than what he asked for. All in all, our son was very excited to receive the gifts we bought at GameStop. Thank You GameStop for making it easy on us and for helping us make our son very happy on his birthday.

I have only been in this store one other time and I was very impressed with the knowledgeable staff. They were very helpful. I had questions about mature games and what my sons should play and he was very good at getting me answers and offering suggestions. He knew exactly what my son was talking about which helped me too. He didnt try to get my son to spend too much. A great experience, we will be back

The staff is super friendly, and they know what they are talking about. The store always has amazing deals, and they sometimes have free stuff for just showing up. I go to this one exclusively because I always have great experiences. They lost a great employee to the portage GameStop because it is closer to her house, but even without her, this is the best one.

Good store. First one Ive ever been to but the sales woman knew her stuff and got me everything I needed to get my daughters playstation 4 pro up and running. Very helpful. Knew lots of good games as well so I didnt have to pick something on my own that she wouldnt like. Also they have used games so you dont always have to buy new!

We go to this GameStop all the time and spend a decent amount of money on games every month. We recently ordered a game in store that was out of stock and brought back a lot of games for trade in. We put that money towards ordering the newer game we wanted, the cashier seemed frazzled and deleted the entire trade in/order at least once or twice. Once it was ordered we waited the allotted time (4 days) and got a notification that shipping would be delayed and it actually took 7 days to get to us. I know that the ship time isnt the stores fault, but it was still an inconvenience. Once we received the game, the packaging was opened (due to improper packaging standards), the case was BROKEN. And the game was not new like we had asked for, it was a preowned game. We drove into town (15min there, 15back) a total of a half hour to return/exchange the game. Once we got there the manager (we think it was Christine) helped us, she immediately went on the defense and said that the preowned game was what we had ordered, and she could replace the broken case. We again told her that we asked for the new game and we’re under the impression we were paying the 40$ for a new game. She again tried to persuade us to either keep the game we received in the mail, or pay another 5$ for a new game. Since we were inconvenienced and this mixup was not our fault we felt that it wasn’t good service to have to pay extra considering we had to wait a week, and waste gas to drive into town to fix their mistake. After telling her that we weren’t paying anymore for the game, she then decided she could wave the difference. Overall she was alright and did her job but in doing so made us feel very uncomfortable with the entire ordeal, will be going to our local spin shack from here on out.

Great place for finding new games or refurb ones. Good prices either way. Excellent customer service. And awesome game systems, too.

Love going into baraboo game stop. Theres a girl that always helps me (I think she might be the supervisor) she has brown hair. Anyway, she is always very helpful and knowledgeable. I am extremely picky when it comes to video games and she helped me find darksiders 2. I love it! If I could give the always helpful and friendly staff more stars I would!

Finally gathering up a good amount of video game merchandiser. Pretty good deals on games, if youre looking to turn in for cash try Pre Played right down Mineral Point Rd.Also dont buy headphones from Gamestop, they dont offer any sort of warranty on many of them, and for good reason.

Its one of the bigger GameStop locations Ive been in. The layout is fairly easy to understand and the associates are always available to assist with questions or information.

Prices are acceptable. Credit given for trade ins is very low. Selection is good.

The staff are friendly and helpful, calling them can help you know if a certain game is avaliable without having to actually go there. You can request used games for a cheaper price, pre-order games that havent come out and a wide selection of games to choose from. All this gives me and others a reason to go here.
