I loved shopping there, however shortly before Christmas they offered me a store card, now it is partly my fault because after I left I forgot about it, but I never received card, and the purchase that day was applied fast forward to February the first statement I received my total is almost double because of late fees on a card I never received, can’t log on to pay online without card, and to pay with my debit card (not giving them routing number, or bank account at this point) by phone they want to charge me almost $10. Canceled card of course,

Theyve always been helpful. Courteous staff. Its not easy as a father to a 6 year old girl finding the right things shes going to like. They always make the process easier. And my daughter has always been happy too!

I went to this location last night (1/13/17) and had a really unpleasant experience with who I am assuming was the owner. I am a cosmetologist and she spoke down to me and my aunt the entire time we were in there, followed us around the store, repeatedly said Ive been in this industry over 50 years and if she [referring to me] cant give you satisfactory answers then let me know. They were also out of stock of multiple products and the entire experience was tense. It is the only location near the Dells and unless you want to travel to Madison then this is your only option.

I would give it 0 but the ratings dont let me. The place is terrible, the lady at the cash register is very rude, feels like she almost wants to kick you out of the place for no reason. The employees ask you what you need which is great, but they dont even know what to recommend. Its so sad to see this type of attitude against the customer. Hope they improve the customer service experience in the near future.
