It was clean and organized. I bought a drain pan for $30 and it was $60 at walmart. I might have to start checking here for these type of products.

Gentlemen working today (we think his name was Hector but not sure) helped us figure out ratchet to secure a rooftop carrier that had broken. Was extremely kind and put a positive end to a stressful afternoon.

Visited devils lake from my hometown in Illinois about 140 miles away. Dopey me forgot that his blower motor in his 1994 ford bronco went out the week prior. Boy, did I ever remember that though in the downpour and fogged up windows when it was time to come home! They had the part I needed in stock and the gentleman helping us was very pleasant to work with on Sunday morning. Thanks for all of the help!Mike

Good parts store

I came in knowing nothing about cars; just the parts I needed to fix mine. The employees were incredibly patient and friendly and walked me around the store explaining what the best product was for me. He even helped me carry heavy brake rotors out to my car. The store was very clean and organized, and if I ever need auto parts again Im coming back here.

Employees have little to no knowledge of automobiles. Have used the store 3 times since it opened, and each time more frustrating than the last. Employees are dismissive and unkowledgeable on anything past air fresheners. Have tried to order parts multiple times over the phone, was told they cannot get the part in store, only to go online afterwards get the part numbers myself then call them back to order them so I could pick up in store. (My preferred method) I was initially excited for another parts store in town, but God as my witness I will cross the Sahara without water before going back here. Embarrassing.

Once they had a part in-stock when the other parts stores in town wouldve had to get it the next day. I only give them 3 stars though because their people dont seem to be as knowleagable or have as good of customer service skills as the people at the other parts stores in town.

I dont care for the customer service.. they seem clueless !!! I go in and get out as soon as I find what Im looking for, several times I asked for help and even got the wrong parts or wrong fuses, most of the chatting happens behind the desk and not on the floor asking to assist you. Ive even seen non employees behind the desk. Upsetting !!!!
