Fiore, just off the main drag in Bar Harbor, is a friendly little shop with great oils and vinegars, including some seasonal and specialty items. We were walking by when thier Bacon Infused Olive Oil sign pretty much stopped us in out tracks. We came away with more than that, but really, olive oil and bacon...does life get better? We even had some shipped to friends for the holidays.

As a business owner, I dont want to put a one start review here on Google because I know how important this rating is however I went into the store today with my wife and was met with a MANDATORY MASK policy still in effect as of today, 6/16/21, this store is requiring people to put on a mask to shop. This is America and every business owner is entitled to their own rules within their store. They chose not to serve those without a mask, I chose to leave without picking up a bottle of our favorite blood red orange oil. Too Bad...UPDATE- interestingly the owner appears to have been a friend of mine from Rhode Island much to my surprise. I will keep this review here as a friendly notice that if youre not a mask wearer, its just not the right place to go into but they do have a send it to your home policy outlined by the owner below.

Definitely one of my favourite places in Bar Harbor! Such a wonderful variety of flavored extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars. As soon as you open the door you just want to stay because it smells so good and I love that you can try everything and they make you feel welcome. Theres also a great variety of pesto sauces, specialty salts and the best olives in the planet.

We have been into this store twice in the past week, because the first time around was so incredible I knew that I wanted to go back and get even more before we left the island. The employees were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and the products were all delicious. There was not a single thing that I tried that I did not love. I purchased their blueberry balsamic vinegar (the Maine blueberries are sent to Italy to be infused - it was AMAZING), the fig balsamic vinegar, the lemon olive oil and the TRUFFLE OLIVE OIL. The dish ware to go along with the oils were also gorgeous and the other items like the pastas, cherries, jams, olives, and salts were all to die for. Everything is bottled for you right in store and sealed. I am so happy to have found out about them and plan on purchasing more as I run out. Thank you so much!!

Great place. Even with Covid they are open or you can order on line. My favorite products are the balsamic vinegar and the garlic oil.

So many different vinegars n oils. Great flavor profiles. Found our tangerine balsamic vinegar we love so much. Soo yummy. Nice store.

Wonderful hidden gem. We ended up going back several times to get bigger bottles. As of Aug 2017, their wild blueberry reserve was one of the best. Highly recommend this place.

As someone whose knowledge of olive oils did not extend beyond the offerings at the local Stop and Shop, I was amazed at the variety of offerings, and had a lot of trouble deciding which to buy, but in a nice sort of way. Perhaps the store can put descriptions of their oils on their website along with suggested food pairings. Also, a sampler pack of the specialty oils would be really nice. I look forward to visiting again, and would recommend this store to any foodie.

Its difficult to like a business that the employee doesnt even look at you nor acknowledge you at all and there wasnt anyone else there. You walk around and she pretends your not there. Has the personality of a cheese grater! Sorry to say. Must be the owners daughter, the only way she could keep that job. Will never go back, could you tell.

Delicious vinegars and oils, wish I could have taken back more! The women working there were very knowledgeable, and showed us all around before letting us explore on our own, which was much appreciated. Definitely a place to stop if youre in Bar Harbor

We visited Fiore during a port of call in Bar Harbor. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. We had our order shipped back to our home. The shipment was well packed and arrived in excellent condition. This is a definite stop you need to make so you can enjoy the true pleasure of real olive oil and balsamic vinegar!

Their 18 yr Balsamic Vinegar is awesome. I cant use anyone elses anymore. I use it on my salads straight and we use it on caprice and other non-lettuce salads as well. We also use their unflavored olive oils in scampis, other fish dishes, on bread, etc. Friendly staff is always willing to help and inform you. You can taste an amazing array of olive oils and balsamics. A must visit while in Bar Harbor. I have gotten friends from Virginia hooked, and you will be too.
