This Walmart allows staff to wear mesh masks. It is underhanded to present the security and safety I need to be able to shop behind the false presentation of non functional masks.I need to have clear information so that I can make choices that concern my own safety. Mesh masks take that choice from me.Brewer store does not allow mesh masks and were shocked when I asked the question.

Great location, ample parking and decent prices. The few plainclothes security that watch for thefts however, make themselves too obvious and should be less conspicuous. Instead of the traditional older gentlemen, should add a couple females to the detail.

Very big and organized it was my first stime there and I was shopping for apparel so I can only speak for that part. It looked well put Id will go back when Im in Bangor

You look at the reviews from one week ago. Many many shelves are empty. I mean who buys lollipops all the time? The shelf was wiped out! The employees are busy stocking the shelves all the time but it never seems that they can catch up. Not sure why. But today, was really, really busy. With school starting and college starting, the place was really crowded. It was very hard to move, things were moved around from one aisle to the next, and I had a hard time finding things. But the employees were very helpful and willing to show you where the items were moved to.

Got everything I was looking for but very hard to get an employee to help. Maybe it was just this particular day but was in there way longer than I wanted to be. Had to get help from customers several times. They were very helpful

The store had been changed with the registers being a big one. They removed at least 10 and made the self serve. It was very neat but some of the shelves were bare.

Had a table outside. Good menu. Had lobster roll. Very yummy. Was a sunny day. Place was busy. Quick service.

Deli closed at 330 pm. No notice on outside door. Tried to get key made, machine wont accept any payment. Was asked to go to back of store to have hardware make it. Wsited 5 min, no one showed up. Went to electronics to be ignored by woman coughing non stop while pretending i dont exist, laughing om phone. Asked for manager up front, waited 5 min then left. Pallets of product nlocking shopping aisles. This store is awful in every single way yet have 40 employees staring at people forced to check themselves out. Short staffed my butt. Oh and broken glass all over parking spot.

One of my biggest pet peeves is Its not my job! I think I witnessed the ultimate example today at the Bangor Walmart.I was checking out and across from me were 3 employees seemingly not doing anything except chatting among themselves.A customer approached them and said her daughters cart was dead. They looked at her like she had 3 heads! So she elaborated by repeating herself and pointing out her daughter who was sitting in a Walmart motorized shopping cart, I assume with a dead battery.The response from one of the employees, full of attitude was, Well ... What do you want me to do about it? I will admit the customer was a bit crued when she replied ... You do ####### work here dont you? She was clearly frusted but I dont feel she raised her voice. The employee then proceeded to shout about not yelling at her and that she picked the wrong woman to mess with!By this time I was headed out the door and could still hear the employee shouting. You could obviously hear her all over the front of the store.Great customer service Walmart. You should be proud! 😡

I will never, ever order something again from Walmart. Just in a month timeframe, two items that I ordered from Walmart.com were never processed by Walmart. I had to call MULTIPLE times only to speak to someone who doesnt speak English and couldnt help resolve my issue. I had to cancel the items, wait to get my money back and then reorder. Disgusting customer service. I wouldnt give a dime to this company. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Was Very Aware and still following the Guidelines of keeping their Customers safe and protected from the Epidemic of Covid Virus. Everyone was professional and polite at each section I visited within the store.

I am struggling to adapt to the new set up. Its impossible to find things now and so many shelves are empty. PLUS when I look online I will find items available in the store, to go to the store and be unable to find them, even with the assistance of an associate.

This is a large Walmart. Clean and well stocked. Need to go again to pickup some items we forgot to bring with us. We are on vacation from the Galveston,Texas area.

The staff and doctors are very helpful. Dr. Cloutier was so kind and reassuring without hiding things from us.

They are remodeling, which is one thing. But they have the same problem that most other Walmarts have and thats plenty of staff, but no one that is willing to help or acknowledge their customers.

Same as normal. Helpful staff, decent spacing in isles, great food, and honestly quiet. Great to go for a relaxing shopping trip :) The bathroom scene is a bit hit or miss, but its nothing unbearable.

It was the worst I have ever had. Cashier clerk made a huge mistake that had me go to courtesy desk and wait for correction for an hour or more..courtesy clerks never had this problem before. 4 clerks were involved in fixing the problem. No manager around. Had to look at cashier video today and figure out what he had done. Was told he had entered I had paid over 120 dollars in cash which I did not. I am handicapped with bad back, neuropathy in feet, bad knees and had to stand for most of the time leaning on counter on the side so the courtesy clerk could take care of other people while they worked on my problem. Finally the courtesy clerk went and got me a riding cart to sit on. Usually I get one but none available when I entered the store. The cashier clerk told me he had only a half hour training so didnt know why my Humana card said it paid 120 some dollars when it only had a balance of 50 dollars. I told him to call for help and he said they cant call for help no phones. Said have to wait to catch someone with a walkie talkie. I told him there was a gentleman on the side. He came over and said he really couldnt help but for me to go to courtesy desk. So on and on I went. The store has been changed all around and makes it very difficult to find what you want and the change makes us have to walk the whole store to get our shopping done. I will not be going to Walmart except to use my Humana benefits or cards that people get me. I will not be buying Walmart gift cards anymore and will tell people to not go to Walmart. There is nothing personal anymore. I am just a money maker for Walmart. Too bad you have fallen this far. The courtesy desk people were very nice and did the best they could . The management in corporate office need to make sure this doesnt happen to people anymore. Terrible.

Could not find what I wanted, was able to ask for help by a Wal-Mart worker, she took me to where I needed to be, and I am happy to say I found what I was looking for.

Cashier did not have correct chang asked me to ask the customer in line behind me .. for proper change???? I did not know next patron???? Was at the only register that does lottery tickets cashier did not know how to use lottery machine would not seek proper supervision ??? ???? Wow

Store is still finishing the remodeling so it is still a bit chaotic. This store has not had a fully functional wheelchair for a while.

It was amazing and could not ask for a better store !!! I would hope one day to receive a gift card from Walmart one day to show me they are thinking about us!! I have a baby on the way and my fiancee is due September 7th!! Would love to feel like someone cares !! I love you Walmart and look forward to spending the rest of my life with you!! I do work here so Im kind of partial to the place. I love the location, close to home and not much traffic to deal with. Plenty of parking space and Ruby Tuesday is right next door with an area to charge your car. The fresh produce, meat and bakery area is wonderful. My co workers are very friendly and helpful and dont mind going the extra mile for customer service.

Ive been coming here mainly in the year of the Covid for curbside pickup, and Ive found the experience here (as with the Brewer branch) to be smooth and professional. The crew that work this area are great and the parking spots are well-designated and large (and covered too).

In and out for store-brand Tylenol.Faster finding it, than self-checking out.In fairness, its Memorial day weekend.

It was Walmart. Theyre currently redesigning it, so even the employees are having difficulty finding things. If theyre currently hiring, it seems its not for cashiers as they only have 2-3 staffed registers open. Even the self-service checkouts were backed up.

They are doing remodeling and couldnt find what I wanted or needed

Lately this store is barely stocked. Entire departments are cleared out and on my last visit I saw one lone guy pushing a cart of miscellaneous stuff around to stock, probably just returns.

Easy to get in and out and if I need help the workers are nice and show me where I need to go

My Walmart, annoyed by the changes in the store but adjusting still my favorite Walmart in Penobscot County

I have spent the last two days trying to get my Walmart grocery delivery and have gotten nothing but a run around from staff and the manager. Order was supposed to be delivered on Monday between 3-4, called at 4:30 and was told there was a glitch in the system and they would call later that night for a delivery time. Got a call at 8:30pm to see when we were picking up the groceries and was told they didnt do deliveries. I told them I had paid yearly delivery fee and yes they did. Spent most of the day today trying to get delivery done and was told I could pick it up or cancel order, reorder everything and have it delivered Thursday sometime. I asked for grocery refund and refund on yearly delivery charge. It will be interesting to see if that happens. They are totally disorganized and not helpful when it comes to customer service. Most places would try to make it right. I am super frustrated, and would not recommend this service to anyone. I do not have proof of purchase for this review because the purchase never happened.

Clean, not much selection of clothing but a lot of cheap shoes! Workers seemed a bit on edge but we all would if we were working at 10:00.

The place was clean and most ppl keeper there distance. We got earrings for the kids and the jewelry counter person was M I A but showed up quick when called for. Over all it was an ok trip with 2kids

Starting to get used to the new layout, which is still in progress. One of the employees told me that the reason for the remodel was to make all the Walmarts around the country to have a similar layout.

I had my hair cut at the salon in Walmart, lovely hair stylist she did an excellent job, I moved to the area last year and it took me that time to find a stylist that cut my hair they I liked it. Then did the rest of my shopping for my Thanksgiving dinner, very crowded but was able to finish rather quickly. The store was very well stocked and did have too much trouble finding what I needed. I was also able to get a nice young man to take my groceries to the car and unload them. Walmart is very accommodating.

Like other places, you cant always get what you want... It is hard to find someone to ask.
