My husband took his truck to transaxle for a new transmission for his dodge pick up. He was told that it would be done in about 2 weeks and given an estimate for the job. After a few weeks he emailed them multiple times with no response. When he finally did get a response, he was told it would be done by the end of the week. After no communicate and multiple emails and a grumpy voicemail to the business, he got an email response and apology. Finally, literally 2 MONTHS after leaving his truck it was done. We were given a discount for the length of wait time and no communication. We paid in cash and charge card. We were happy. The truck was done, got an apology and a discount. Today, a few weeks after paying and picking up the truck they called to say the cash we paid was short. Really??? We double check it ourselves a few times before paying, they took it I assume counted it too because we got a receipt and now they want us to pay more. Poor communication, extremely long wait to get fixed and terrible customer service. Very disappointed .
