Horrible customer service. They have no problem taking monthly payments for extended warranty that they never even filed with the company to show I have a warranty. The man in warranty had no clue what warranty even covered. Horrible. Horrible Horrible. Just walk if you need a car than getting one here.

Pretty disappointed in this dealership. From what I’ve always understood Lee Credit Now could get anyone in a car but that wasn’t the case for us. Our sales guy was all about “getting my mom in a vehicle” but wouldn’t actually let her get in a vehicle or go beyond the financing part. We still haven’t heard back if the 4th bank would take her, instead all we got was “i feel if you had a co-signer you’d be better off”. We know her situation isn’t perfect but it seems to me if you guys praise yourselves on financing people with bad pasts then the experience would have been much different.

I would just like to say, I had absolutely no credit to speak of and my husbands credit was pretty bad. Dustin (our salesperson) took an entire day to call around and get information and find a bank that would work with us. And the car they found was a perfect fit for my husband and I. They also gave us a new part when they realized the radio wasnt working properly. Im very pleased with our experience at Lee Credit Now and I am certainly going back when Im ready for another vehicle! Thanks guys!

My boyfriend and I just purchased a 2011 Jeep Patriot Sport on 11/11/15 and we could not have asked for a better experience. I was looking at a vechile on the lot, and ended up talking to Jason four about a half hour. They (the manager) took pictures of my current vehicle to get an appraisal trade in value and I never heard back. I was waiting for this appraisal before going any further with anything. So I emailed Jason Long from the business card he had previously given me and he never responded. Definitely taking my business else where.

Dustin was friendly and willing to do what he had to so I could get my new Jeep, even calling my partner to tell him how much I loved the Jeep!We both earned some gold stars and..well lost some too!
