I had my pocketbook repair which took 4 months I went there 3 time to get and was told to come back I had everything to make the repair so they did not have to used their materials but the change me full price.. needless to say the work was not good at all !!

They have always been good to me. I just wish they would stay opened up until the mall closes

If youre looking to have your shoes cleaned and/or repaired look elsewhere! Trust me you DO NOT want to go there!! They did a super poor job at cleaning my shoes!! I took 6 pairs to be cleaned which costed me 120 dollars and my shoe strings werent cleaned nor the bottom of my shoes!! Never say never but Ill NEVER again spend a dime there!!!

Outstanding work and they don’t charge you an arm and a leg. I’m going back to get some more shoes repair. The best part it’s right at the entrance of the mall and convenient to drop and pick up.

The absolute worst shoe repair. Took my shoes there to have the soles replaced on a flat shoe over the summer. Took the shoes out to wear for the first time today. While at the resturant the soles on both shoes came off. When I looked at the bottom of the shoe after the soles came off I noticed damage where they took the old sole off the wrong way and created a huge hole on the bottom of both shoes. My shoes are ruined and with the damage I saw it is absolutely no way you could bind a sole to my shoe. Do not take your shoes there if you need your soles replaced. They do not know what they are doing AT ALL!

I received horrible customer service. The young guy is rude and disrespectful.
