Don was exceptionally courteous and communicative throughout this process. That level of communication was really appreciated. The new fender looks great and they handled all the insurance business gracefully, even though it created extra work for them. On the down side, however, I wish somebody would have taken just a minute or two to really be sure the bike was fully back in working order before I came to pick it up. I noticed the blinkers and tail lights were both not working during the drive home. While they did fix these problems at no additional cost, Multiple trips back to the store is difficult without a ride home and time that is hard to come by at the moment.”

I have been using this shop for over a decade and cant say enough good things about them. The prices are reasonable, the quality of the work is unsurpassed and the design recommendations are on the money. I am looking forward to working with Kundratic Kustom Motorcycles for a very long time.

Went to have a 240MM Vrod tire mounted, although he couldnt do it(which he warned me on the phone he may not be able to handle that specific rim/tire design) he gave it a shot and gave recommendations of where I could get the job done, which turned out to be auto shops for such a large tire.Since the auto shops dont have the adapters needed to balance motorcycle tires, I was able to come back the same day and get it balanced at Kundratic. You may be wondering why this warranted a review...I do all my own work. It is a very rare occasion I need a shop to do anything. It is an even rarer occasion that I find one that although I may never need, I would actually feel comfortable letting them work on any of my bikes.So although I only gave this shop a small amount of business, from a do it yourselfer like me, to anyone reading this review, Kundratic has my stamp of approval for being down to earth, honest, and from looking around the shop, they do some sweet work.
