I went into this location on June 12 to cash a check because my bank was closed.. I wasnt completely sure of what to expect.. Because i had never been there before. But when i tell you that the staff was so kind and courteous with assisting me.They escorted me to a separate room to assist me and made me feel more comfortable. Plus the fees were very reasonable. I highly recommend this location .Thank you so much Management and Staff.

If you get a check dont take it there they will rob you, very over priced top to bottom dont go in if your black

Just walked in and was quickly served cashing my check. Found everything I needed so fast, liquor store is so organized and clean, everyone was so sweet. My first time and I loved it, Ill take this drive for that amazing customer service. And I got a free lollipop! Best way to end my work day the energy was spectacular

This is one of the cheapest and best check cashing place. I tried to cash my refund check today Ive been to more than 15 places to cash my checkand everybody just wants to get it over with. Then my good friend recommended me to Southwest.The Mexican guy was extremely kind and cashed my check in a jiffy. Everybody should go there!I love going there because of the kind staff and great service.

I usually dont write reviews, but my experiences with Southwest Liquors provoked me to. I cashed my big insurance check. Southwest have the best price and best customer service in the town!

Yesterday, my grandma wanted to cash her check. We went Bank Of America and tried to cash the check they gave us a hard time. After that, we went to Walmart there system was unfortunately down. The lady who worked at Walmart said go to Southwest Check Cashing. The place was nice and extraordinarily huge. They cashed my grandmothers check with no problem. I highly recommend go to Southwest to cash your check. Dont waste your time going around to other places.

Great customer service, but it depends on whos at the counter. I know when the women are at the counter they are more focused on the client, but when the younger men are there they seem to a little confused. But, over all I have always been able to cash any type of checks.

Bad customer service. They now have a sign saying that cash checking is down for several weeks. Try to call and no one answers the phone. Not once but I called 10 times in 2 days. Ill take my check cashing needs else where now.

I went to Southside Liquors a few months ago and got amazing service from Billa. I love seeing good people and I’ve worked in some facet of customer service all of my life so I understand it’s importance. A smile is important. He was so pleasant and I also watched him handle a difficult situation while I was there with ease. His staff is also completely adequate and friendly.NOT ONLY THAT but their check cashing fees are ridiculously LOWONLY 1.25% for anything less than $100!!!ONLY 1.5% for anything over $800!!!Come on now. Nobody is beating that!I literally drive 20 minutes to come here because where I spend my money and supporting great business is real to meThanks Billa!!!Keep doing what you’re doind and being an inspiration

This check cashing establishment wrongly accused my husband of cashing a stolen check. They let a young criminal (20s) cash a check with his hat on & my husbands license (48). My husband was locked up on our way 2 the family reunion in front of our kids!! Shame on them for not making the guy take his hat off and check the damn id. In addition they do not resemble one another at all. Also I went there the next day & actually saw a pic of the criminal OMFG I ALMOST LOST MY CHILL....#InsideJob #NoOtherWay

Called in my order from Mobile Alabama they delivered my gift of good drink to my suport staff that afternoon or next morning with shot glasses for executive sales and the champagne for my telemarketing staff.

I have done business with Southwest for 28 years now,the old management such as Mr. Ed and his co workers were great human beings always the champion of the working man and they knew you by face,but the new Southwest with all of the new staff and the building makeover.....Well I just hope that these folks will still offer the same quality of service as their predecessors .
