Owner closes for hours at a time with no reason locks the door randomly and leaves lines of customers waiting. Very unprofessional and rude

ITS SO MUCH BETTER, SINCE THEY REMODELED IT, AT FIRST IT WAS DIRTY AS *!?T.... NOW ITS CLEAN AND MORE MUCH MORE BETTER THAN BEFORE. I FEEL MORE CONFORTABLE ENTERING

I ordered and was charged for my items and delivery including tip. Received a confirmation text and second advising me its on the way and would arrive no later than 345 pm. I called at 410 and no answer called again at 411 and it rang and rang and rang and finally someone answered who was difficult to understand but the bottom line was they didnt have a driver. Now i am going to have to call my credit card company and dispute the charhes. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE NEVER BEEN TO THE STORE BUT AFTER THEY CHARGED ME THEY DIDNT HAVE THE INTEGRITY TO AT LEAST TELL ME THEY COULD NOT FULFIL THE ORDER OR IF AND WHEN THEY WOULD REFUND

I came here and they were so respectful and nice, i def recommended visiting this place, the area may be sketchy but they make you feel protected 😇
