Terrible customer service. When they picked up the phone they were not only rude but couldnt have the manners to answer my simple question.

I have dealt with Fitch for over 30 years for various products. They have always been very helpful and have everything you could possibly need in this business!

We have been doing business with Fitch Company for over 25 years. They have always been helpful and have sold us excellent products. I frequently turn to them for advice on new projects.

I recently had to deal with Fitch Co about a controller that my company purchased from them for a Tomcat commercial floor scrubber. I was very unsatisfied with Fitch Co and their customer service. Michael the parts salesperson was very rude and unhelpful. The controller ended up being programmed wrong from the factory and when i called Michael @ fitch he had me call Tomcat. Tomcat was very helpful and told me to have the vendor i purchased it from to reprogram the controller. Turns out Fitch is only a sales vendor and doesnt service Tomcat equipment so i called another vendor and had them reprogram it. Michael and the service manager at Fitch take no responsibilty for this and refuse to reimburse my company for the additional service on getting the controller reprogrammed. I would suggest that they work on their people skills and customer service.
