I would suggest the BOPIS process have some more clarity surrounding order pick-up, maybe an estimated timeframe of when to pick up your order? I came for their Grand Opening on Jan 11th. Even though they had a lot of people the staff still made an effort to seek me out personally and ask about me, before selling me any CBD products. They were warm and didnt feel like they were trying to sell me something. In the end I bought their CBD coffee and it really works. My joints are much more relaxed now than they were with some of the other medications I was taking.
