The audiologists at Quarry Hearing are the most caring individuals who go above and beyond to satisfy their patients. I was so impressed with the level of service when we went there for hearing aids for my father that I decided to take my father in law as well for an evaluation. Nora, the main audiologist treated us with patience and understanding instead of what you may see elsewhere where clinicians are mostly looking to make a sale on hearing aids. She even allowed us to trial the hearing aids as long we needed so we can feel comfortable with our purchase. I can say with much confidence that you will be satisfied with your choice in choosing this practice for your hearing needs.

I have known Nora for quite some time. She is thoroughly in determining your needs for specific hearing aids. She suggested that I get a phonak - M50 model.I have been quite happy with it, using it for the last 2 weeks.Nora is really a dedicated audiologist I highly recommend her and her staff.

I am compelled to write this review because, Quarry Hearing is superior in many ways compared to my past providers with whom I had worked.For the first time it is at Quarry Hearing, I received free battery and repair or damage guarantee for three years. To be precise my hearing aid was reprogramed or adjusted and serviced at no charge during the warranty period. Even my old hearing aid was reprogrammed free of charge (not provided by them).No more shopping around for hearing aids. All types of hearing aids from different manufacture are available with superior and dependable customer service. I definitely keep seeing Dr. Nora as long as I am around here.

Highly recommend this place. Grandpa’s old hearing aid was giving him headaches so he had stopped using it. Nora got us a new one programmed to his needs. Grandpa loves his new hearing aid and can now finally hear his grandchildren. Very happy we came here!

I received a 2 week trial Phonak hearing aid to try out. The audiology I regular go to did not inform me that after a setting time of 2 weeks the hearing aids will start beeping every minute to show that the trial time is over and wouldn’t be able to use them anymore till the audiologist updates the hearing aids.On Friday 9/6/2019 the beeping on my hearing aids started. Not only the rings every minute in my ears drove me crazy but as a mother of 4 kids I couldn’t hear my kids when they spoke to me. The hearing aids would beep every 60 seconds. I immediately drove to my audiology and found a sign on the door that they were closed for the weekend and will reopen on Monday 9/9/2019. I knew that there is no way I can survive a whole weekend with the beeps and without hearing my family talk to me. I decided to walk in to quarry Hearing and trying my luck there.Even though I never received services at the Quarry audiology office they immediately signed me in and had one of their many audiologist sit with me. I explained them my situation and he ensured me not to worry and he will try helping me.40 minutes later with connecting my HA to their computer program and updating the HA I was finally back to hearing normally with no peeping or buzzing in my ears.When I wanted to pay for their help and services they told me that they will not charge me anything and it was FREE!!!My weekend was peaceful with no noise in my ears and felt so blessed that I found Quarry Audiology to help me with my needs.Overall I was extremely happy with their customer services. The lady at the front desk was really nice and the audiologist Eli was very patient and made sure I left only when I was 100% happy with the HA sound. The office is clean and cozy. They are sensitive to the costs of what they recommend, and are knowledgeable about insurance options. I love the free check-ups and batteries during the warranty period of my aids, and the careful adjustments to give me optimal hearing as I age. It is a pleasure to deal with a first-rate service.

Nora is a brilliant audiologist and has such a kind and caring disposition. She is a master of her craft. The staff are great as well and they were able to squeeze my grandfather into the schedule at a time when he had an emergency hearing issue. I highly reccomend this place!!

The Drs and staff here are very good. They will treat you with the utmost respect. The examination was thorough and they work with insurance. If you have a hearing problem, I highly recommend coming here. Conviently located near medical building and a pharmacy. Plenty of parking, but no public transportation. A great place.
