The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! When I walked in with an unknown part from 20 years ago they took the part and knew exactly what it was and had a replacement for a good price!This is now my go-to place for plumbing parts, and Id recommend others to shop here as well

The store is basically a counter, behind which are shelves with a hundred years of plumbing parts and a super-knowledgeable guy who can answer every plumbing question you have. Awesome for fail-safe do-it-yourself work. Go there first (and dont be the kind of ass who gets instructions from them and then goes to Amazon to save $10 on parts).

This place is amazing. Had several plumbing issues one that has plagued me for months that super knowledgeable staff solved within minutes. Just installed everything and works like a charm. Just made a customer for life.

These guys have the biggest selection of hard to find plumbing parts that I am aware of. The salesman is incredibly knowledgeable. This is the place to go if you have an old house in Baltimore and need to repair/replace plumbing parts.

Has everything you need regarding plumbing

Have old 1965 bathroom plumbing fixtures and they had the stem need to stop leaking bathtub faucet. Saved me $12K did not need to remodel bathroom.
