I truly like this store even though I dont go there often. It is clean, well organized, pleasing to the eye, they carry unique items, and the staff is friendly. The problem is that they are expensive in comparison to other stores. I guess you get what you pay for.

This place has the best prime steaks!!! They are know to have the top 2% meat cuts in the United States!! If you were to splurg a little on a steak, because they are $$ compared to a average grocery store. Makes me feel like Im cooking a Ruth Chris finest steak at home.

Very disappointed with rhe service.We can get similar food elsewhere with better service. Nobody was rude, just more interested in their phones and each other.

They have a great selection of produce every time Ive been. Their rotisserie chicken is fantastic, and the sushi bar far surpassed my expectations. Ive gone several time to pick up some groceries and the sushi in particular as a quick ready meal.

Great quality and selection. Good selection of prepared foods made right there on premises. Its more expensive than the average grocery store because they carry more expensive items and dont skimp on quality. Id consider it more of a boutiquesque grocer.

These guys hace the best flowers ever. They last usually 2 weeks and sometimes 3.The store is not large, so the selection is curated so to speak. But lots of interesting and unique food experiences.The staff is always nice and helpful and store is immaculate.

I would give it 0 start if I could. The worst customer service possible. The manager on May 10th @ 5pm, should be happy he still has a job with this attitude!When there is no one to help you at the bakery, when you are ignored by 5 employees passing by, when finally someone comes to help and can not answer your question, when the manager is called in on the phone, and then a messenger (another employee) comes to tell you the manager asked ME to go talk to his at the front of the store, when you go with your two feet so that you can have your question answered and the manager is not even there, when he shows up and gets in your face,... then you wonder how is this store still standing. This is NOT the first time with really bad attitude but enough patience is enough.And then I was packaged the cake in a smaller box.Premium prices and substandard service! It is a true shame!

Just went here for the first time. Tons of snacks, healthy and in healthy. Great deli and meat counter. All the employees were super nice. The prices were a little higher than a regular store, but there were plenty of deals and plenty of regular priced items! Id definitely be back.

Some of the food I purchased such as, spinach dip was unseated and opened ! 🤢 we tossed it out! Pretty gross esp early on with Covid craziness to be receiving tampered groceries. Clearly not necessarily the stores fault,! However, here’s where it gets worse… everything was hard, or expired :/ won’t be returning unfortunately

My favorite community market. Everything is always so fresh. The wide variety of salads are always fresh and delicious and served by very friendly and courteous counter people. The fruits and vegetables are always fresh and the management and staff always have a wonderful smile and are ready and willing to help with anything.

The Fresh Market needs to have employees to make sure the products are not expired. Every single time I attempt to purchase yogurt I check the dates and they are never fresh. Always expired. I had learned to avoid that section if I ended up shopping at this location. Also I purchased two sauces for meats from the non perishable section and the expiration date is less than a month away. I’m assuming no one is stocking the shelves regularly. Also the quick meals that are sold have to be checked to make sure each ingredient is included. I have had to call and drive back to the store because I realized the meal kit wasn’t complete. Overall for the outrageous prices in this store the quality isn’t there for most items. I have decided to stop shopping there. Out of 10 visits at least 8 have presented a problem.

This is a great place for fresh, organic products. Most items are freshly made the day of, as was told by a trusted employee. Customer service was exceptional, the staff helped me find what I needed, which saved a lot of time. This place has the feels of an old school grocery store, where the staff and patrons know each other pretty well.

I dont know why I even bother coming here anymore. The food in the deli is always awful, theres never anyone to help in the bakery when you need them. The food is too overpriced. And, the managers are more clueless than the employees. I had an issue and this cashier at the front was so rude to me. I asked for her manager and she said she was the manager. If those are the types of people that are the store manager no wonder this store is falling apart.The only bright side is that at least Some of the employees are nice.

The kindness from a Fresh Market employee made our very stressful day a amazing experience. My bestfried was getting married but her wedding was cancelled due to COVID-19 and at the final hour the bride/groom decided to have a small intimate cermoney which was the need for a last minute bouquet. My boyfriend and I plan was to purchase a couple dozen of flowers and make it ourselves. As we looked around at all the beautiful flowers, the Florist KATHY instantly picked up on our anxiety. She greeted us on the floor and ask what we needed. She suggested colors, flower type and style. We picked her suggestion and on the spot she offered to make the wedding bouquet and under 15mins. She did an amazing job and went above and beyond in the middle of her busy Satuday! The wedding was in a couple of hours and she taught us how to store the flowers until the wedding. We are so grateful for her kindness in the middle of a pandemic. I hope management shares our story with her. We are in the hospitality industry and are always in the need for client flower arrangement and KATHY will always be our go to.

Was very excited that Fresh Market started selling my favorite yogurt (Ellenos Greek yogurt) but when I got home I realized that all eight yogurts were expired unfortunately. So I called to inform the store them and they did not offer a refund or fresh yogurts... very disappointing. Make sure to check expiration dates on all products here before purchasing.

Stop selling expired stuff! Seriusly, i went shopping here 3 times months apart from eachother, time i go shopping here i end up with at least a few expired items including fruits veggies fish and cake.The manager shuld be replaced with somone who can teach the staff about food safty.Ile give this place another shot if i see a big sign that says under new managment

Always a pleasant experience here. The cashiers are always nice and friendly. They have a really nice olive bar and a great selection of cheese. The only thing they don’t have is vanilla soy milk lol besides that they’re great!

This place is the place to go when you cant find a unique ingredient that you may never have heard of or cant find anywhere else. I know cause i use to work there and i still go there to find what i cant find anywhere else.

I’m so surprised by the negative reviews because I love the fresh market. My girlfriend and I are equally between so many markets, and still come here for the majority of our food (except junk food lol don’t judge us). We LOVE Kathy in the plant section. She is so sweet and I really enjoy talking to her about how to care for my plants. She clearly loves her job. All the staff is really nice and always asks what we need and how they can help. It reminds me of Trader Joe’s without all of the gimmick and pumpkin spice everything during the holidays. I love the diversity of the staff as well as how the staff talks to you like a normal human and not like a robot just there to get their paycheck. You can tell they love their jobs.

First and last time visiting this market. We wanted to try this market after dropping our daughter off at Kumon. Needless to say we were followed by 4 different people (two were quite obvious) during our entire shopping experience. Its a small market so you can visibly see everyone in it unless they are in an aisle with shelving. Of course this is when it started. As someone whos worked in retail years ago, I recognize the signs of employees watching a customer. After spending nearly $200, I wouldve expected better service. No one asked if we needed help so you cannot say that they were checking in on us. My significant other is currently serving time with the Air Force and this is how hes repaid!? Very sad. As I said before, we will no longer visit this or any other Fresh Market. Completely disgusted!

I went any needing to get something quick and on the healthier side for dinner...I purchased the 5 for $20 deal they have this week. Strips of steak, cucumber/onion/tomatoes salad, arugula, tzatziki sauce and pita. It took about 8 mins to make only bc I added peppers and onions.

Overpriced and horrible service. Walked up to checkout and cashier walked away without saying anything and left me at the checkout. Won’t be back!

The staff here were so helpful and friendlier than most supermarket staff Ive encountered. Kudos!In general, Fresh Market brand has a rep for being really expensive. But I found a better version of a produce item for half the price of my regular grocery store, and saw comparable pricing on other items as well. You cant do your whole grocery list here but its a good spot to swing by for the extras that didnt look good or didnt exist at your usual store.

Everything at Fresh Market is fresh. I love shopping here for my meats and seafoods. They are on the pricy side but what do you expected when it comes to great quality.

Very friendly staff. Good place to get meats on sale, and flowers. Not 5 stars because its not a one stop shopping. Other grocery stores may have better deals in certain departments, and it has a limited selection compared to other stores. Still, it is one of my favorite places to shop for chicken and fish.

This was my first time there. WHAT AN AWESOME STORE! Customer Service was outstanding! I was asked by not 1 but 2 very professional employees if I needed assistance (I cant remember the last time that ever happened in a ordinary grocery store). All the individuals in interacted with were not only very polite but Happy. I really enjoyed shopping there. To bad they didnt have a salad bar. Seems they would do it right :)

I shop here every week, I have for many many years. The ready made foods are delicious, there is something for everyone. So, the great food selection brings me in, but Michael, keeps me coming back. One stop shop for groceries

Customer Service has declined over time at this location. Other than a couple of the cashier staff most seem uninterested in greeting or politeness. Rudeness is not worth the selection here. Many competitors do better.

This market is great when it come to fresh produce, cheeses, desserts, different kinds of fish and so much more. I like that I can choose my kind of coffee beans and grind it there. There is candy, rice, oats and a lot to choose from.

Quality and never crowded. Their name says it all.

Not only do the seafood and meat department both lack customer contact skills, they dont seem to understand or care about basic food handling practices.

I visit Fresh Market at Quarry Lake. Every time I go-I have a difficult time catching the attention of the people who work behind the prepared foods and meat departments. Perhaps management ought to explain that customers are their business.

Recently I had to get last minute food for a wake. They cheerfully and skillfully made two beautiful, delicious party platters with very little notice. During my short wait I had a delightful and informative chat with the cheese department manager. When the platters were ready, the deli staff person helped me bring them to the cashie. She apologized for the wait. I should have apologized to them for making them do so much in a busy morning on such short notice! All in all, a very positive experience. I will definitely be back.

Very good product selection (especially drink mixers), premade sushi, loose coffee beans, loose candy/snack drawers (the ability to pack your own coffee​, snacks, or candy and just the amount you want is really nice). Credit card readers use chipWhich is nice. Focused on food, so you wont find things like paper towels or cleaning supplies like you would at a supermarket.Great place for discovering new products or companies for food items you like

I had to order my Thanksgiving lunch/dinner for my coworkers and they were extremely helpful at the prepared food department, they made it happen in less then 24 hrs and I was extremely happy with their service, I just wish their cashier was nicer. She was unhappy that she couldnt find the codes in the system for the products that I had bought and she was giving me an attitude since she has to put everything manually to ring me out. At the end I had a bill for over $300 in prepared food and I felt horrible by her looks and the was I was treated at the end.I would give 5 stars to all the guys at the prep food department all day long, they are always great.And I would give 2 stars to the cashiers

Usual fresh market. Has nice selection of specialty foods, coffee, nuts, and teas but pricey. I do not recommend it unless you live near by and need something urgently or have a lot of money to throw away. Don’t get me wrong, their products are great but also greatly overpriced.

Tonight I went into the store to purchase a pie that was on sale. I brought it to the cashier and the price scanned up to the regular not the sale price. I mentioned to the cashier and he blithely proceeded to correct the price. When I came out to the car and told my wife she said you wont believe this, but I was just looking at the reviews on my cell and some of the reviews complain about the same problem. I went back into the store and asked too speak to the manager. I explained the story and l told him that most grocery stores will give you that item for free. He agreed with me. He escorted me up to the cashier and instructed him to give me a complete refund and a 15 dollar gift card. Now thats the way to do business. Kudos to this excellent manager and Fresh Market corporate for hiring him.

A small gourmet market. Great selection of premium produce, including some harder to find items. Plenty of specialty brands. The gem for me is the prepared foods counter and butcher and seafood areas. They constantly have great specials that you can look out for on their website like buy one get one free maryland crab cakes.

My favorite grocery store!

This is a store you goto to get a particular item, not to do your household shopping. They have very good quality meats and decent prices and also have lots of sales! But you gotta be in the know by going there to find out! They have a really nice selection of fine cheeses but the deli meat i think is below par compared to the rest of the store products. In my opinion whole foods is still your better bet as they are in close proximity.

Really nice local grocery store. Better prices than say a Whole Foods, but a little more expensive than say your average grocery chain. Friendly atmosphere -- not stuffy.

Management and employees have poor attitude. Been shopping at a fresh market store since the 90s. I am disappointed in the poor qua laity of this store. Instead of s hopping there, I will go 15 miles out of my way to get the specialty items we have enjoyed for so many years.
