Great friendly and fast service! Great price on tires for my daughters 2013 Toyota Tacoma.Well after placing the review above 4 days ago after having the tires installed I had to bring the truck back to have the tires balanced and they are still shaking like crazy! I had to bring it to my dealership to have them road balance them and they said that they are out of balance. My dealership said that there were weights all on the inside of the rim and nothing on the outside which doesnt make sense. I will update my review once I get a final on my service but dropping my star rating from 5 to 3 at this point.

Im not used to the store but i just couldnt find everything I needed. Also no veggies at this location. Bought a rechargeable light but have to take it back, opened the box and when you find an electrical outlet in it, you know something is wrong. Also missing the charging cord and instructions. So somebody didnt do a good job on the returns.

The selection is great- but after waiting for 35 minutes in 1 of 2 lines available at 2pm on a weekday--- I left my cart full of groceries and walked out. I watched staff members stand around talking to each other

This Walmart in bowleys quarters is one of the nicest and better Walmart that Ive been in. Easier to find things because they dont keep changing stuff around like other Walmarts.

Three Walmart stores are within 30 minutes of. This one is the closest. Not a supercenter but a well stocked store with mostly everything you look for and often one than you need. Clean store, good prices as always with Walmart. Good parking, shares a strip with a supermarket and a liquor store so one parking trip for three stops.

It was good finding the right bathtub mat I wanted at a good price and some small Snowmen ornaments for my tabletop tree.

This Walmart is pretty good. Just moved to this area but I do miss the produce section. The outdoor lawn and garden area is great. Also not as crowded as others. Enjoy your visit 🛍

This was my 1st experience at this Walmart I went to the auto center I bought 4 tires heading mountain balanced and put on my car and I also had a oil change. Everyone was super pleasant customer service above board my hats off to my mechanic. I had a wonderful experience and I will find myself coming back to this Walmart again when its time for my oil change I know where Im coming I will go the extra mile for customer service..

One of my favorite Walmarts. Very spacious store is well laid out. They always have a handicapped scooter available and the scooters are fully charged.

I enjoy visiting Walmart for specific items for short trips. When I have a short list, usually I can get in and out quickly.

Ok let me start with..the customer service personnel were very helpful and pleasant, when I couldnt find something a very helpful steward directed me to the exact spots. And the store appeared relatively organized. The rest room however was DIRTY and SMELLED extremely bad..4 stars for personnel and in store appearance3 stars for restroomsBut my 5 star posting is because of the atmosphere of the store. While sure the employees wore makeshift bandit type mask -everywhere I turned the store was filled with customers who were not masked. I wasnt sure of the atore policy but in spite of that I just didnt get it. The lines were long as well so they allowed if you had 10 items or less to check out at customer service -that was convenient. I dashed right over there to get out quickly in mymask 😷 .My trip was so fast I didnt even take picture🤣🤣

I go out my way to go to this Walmart! I was able to get all I need with no issue! I dont like the dropping of the mask order but I definitely still wear mines. Having lupus I have to be extra careful

Meds sent from Dr for 90day supply over $160. Spoke to pharmacy yesterday (wish I got their name) to reduce to 30day. Was told no problem would ready later that afternoon.Went to pick up today after 12noon not even pulled to be refilled at 30 day!4PM Returned to pharmacy & THEY STILL TRIED TO GIVE THE 90 DAY! ACTED LIKE KNEW NOTHING ABOUT REFILLED FOR 30 DAY.Very disappointed ☹️

I didnt know walmart was part zoo until a walrus with blond hair in short shorts said hi to me in the food isle as she munched down on an open bag of chips that she conveniently placed back on the shelves for other walrus to find and gather to. Ive only been to the zoo as a kid and forgot the thrill of it so Ill be returning soon. Im not too sure if Im allowed to feed the animals there though if anyone can tell me?

The store was very well stocked, neat, orderly and clean. The atmosphere was busy but calm. The sales persons were polite and displayed a great attitude. The front gentlemen in the auto department was consistently answering the phone, researching information, cashiering, while maintaining a positive disposition.My shopping experience was very pleasant.

This Walmart needs to have some re-training for some of the staff and remind them that they are working for a company that requires some sort of friendliness. Not all staff, just some, its just very rude when you are trying to ask someone something and they either ignore you or they answer you but in a very rude manner. If they are unhappy with the job then change it! Its not the customers fault that you are unhappy. Even some management are the same way. I will avoid this Walmart to go to a better more friendly one that you can actually find the items on your own because the items are where they should be.

This store is aged and in need of a remodel badly. The grocery side leaves a lot to be desired .The store itself is a cluster mess, the management here either needs to fix the problems here or Walmart headquarters should replace them.

Staff is friendly, but as usual, the store needs a good cleaning.

Convenient but out of stock on what I need quite often. They will remain out of inventory for a while but other Walmarts will have it...makes no sense. Always long lines as well.

Parking lot has easy access, most employees are friendly and helpful. Over all a fair Walmart but not 24 hours and is not a mega Walmart with all of the food options.

Is it me, or does it seem like when you step into this Walmart its like stepping into it Kmart back in the 80s or something.Only use this one anymore in dire emergencies.

I was able to quickly find my what I came for, however there were long lines in each checkout with only three cashiers working.

This is not my local Walmart and only visited because I was in the area.The store was clean, had lots of Baltimore Ravens gear half off & employees were knowledgeable.The only downsides were the store is extremely outdated and the checkout line woz closed at 9:00 p.m. on Sunday. I dont understand that..

Went to pick up over the counter medication. Took it to the 12 items or less counter to pay (only 3 registers were open). The man in front of me had 33 items in his cart. The cashier said nothing to him and started checking him out. As the line behind me grew and people were backed into the clothing aisle, all of us waiting to check out, one of his items was missing a price tag. The cashier attempted twice to put each digit from a hidden ticket into the register, I’m sure trying to find the price, to no avail. In the meantime, another register opened and that cashier took the people behind me first, as they all ran to her. Obviously she should’ve taken the next customer. I continued to wait until I became frustrated beyond belief. I left the medicine there and walked out the door. I will no longer patronize this Walmart. Target isn’t too far away.

Its one of the better Walmarts in the area. I will go out out of my my to go to this Walmart. Safe and clean.

The pickup area isnt clearly posted and the wait was a little long, but when the associate brought out my order, she more than made up for it with her kindness and her willingness to laugh and help you laugh too. She gets 10 Stars in my book, but the store gets 4 due to lack of pickup signage!!

Overall this is one of my favorite Walmart’s in the area. It is not a super center and is a smaller Walmart (which is why I only give 4 stars) but it is significantly less crowded than the two nearby super centers. I can get just about everything I need there with a fraction of the traffic of the other stores. Always clean and well stocked.

Went to Customer Service to exchange a bottle of 5-HTP I bought the day before. When I attempted to open the bottle the next morning, I noticed the seal was broken. 😒 I took off the cap only to discover the inside seal had been opened as well. I went to Customer Service to exchange. There were 5 WalMart Associates congregrated at Customer Service discussing who knows what. I was being ignored, and had to ask for help, only to be told by an Associate, The Customer Service line starts here. I stood there a few minutes (no one else was in line) observing the 5 Associates totally ignoring me until I finally made eye contact with one of the Associates behind the counter. She said, Can I help you? I replied, Yes, thank you. But as I approached her, 2 ASSOCIATES butted up in front of me handing her merchandise. Totally unacceptable behavior! When I finally got full attention from the Customer Service Associate who was attempting to help me (not her fault, she was rudely interrupted by other associates) I explained my issue requesting an exchange. She gave me a WalMart gift card. Okay. So, I went to the section where I bought the 5-HTP the day before, and they were out of stock. So, I still needed the 5-HTP, and all I got was wasted time and a WalMart Gift Card. I spent $239 at Wal-Mart the day before and only requested to exchange an $8.88 item, which should never have been stocked on the shelf opened and possibly tampered with in the first place. I shop at this Wal-Mart location at least twice each month, had issues with items out of stock or not enough registers open, which I totally understood during the COVID-19 restrictions. However, my experience today was frustrating. Customers must never feel frustrated. When they are, theyll shop elsewhere, like AMAZON! Heads Up Wal-Mart! Take care of your customers, and theyll take care of you!

I dont have very much to complain about when I visit this store. Especially, if you compare this Wal-Mart location, to all the other surrounding Wal-Mart stores near me, in Middle River MD. I DO, however, wish that theyd be better with having more lanes open for check-out, the lines get so unbelievably long. The shoes section needs a bench or something for, mainly, the children and seniors, for when theyre wanting to sit down in order to be able to safely try on new shoes. The jewelry section almost NEVER has any employees working the Jewelry section, so, Im always havin to find an associate to page an available employee. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤬

I was contacted by Wal-Mart saying a pool I was interested in was back in stock so I ordered and paid for it, it was suppose to be here today on 6/11/21 and wasnt delivered so I called and spoke with customer service and they are telling me it was never sent it is still on backorder, I will never trust Walmart again Ill shop Amazon !!!!

A few days ago I realized I needed wiper blades, so I headed down to this walmart to partake in the rollback deals. Its tough out here, I cant afford Bosch right now I need them great value joints. Anyways, while perusing I seent a dingo rip a mans jawbone off in the automotive section. About ten seconds later, as homie is quickly becoming worm food, a land whale standing at about 411 comes charging in on her rascal scooter and runs the poor little guy over. Who does that? I dont know, but it was hilarious. I love this place, Im never going to another Walmart again.

Has just about everything you need. I just wish the staff were more knowledgeable about their products especially in the electronics department. I want to buy a gaming laptop in not only do they not have any thing I wanted in stock but said they did online so I ask questions about products that they did have in stock in the staff didnt know anything. Dundalk Walmart was actually better than 2 of the other Walmarts I went to looking for this gaming laptop. Carol island night time staff sucked the worst. Went back the next day and the day staff was much better
