I’ve been in the electrical business a long time, and Shepperd has always treated me decently, very helpful at the counter with never a complaint, deliveries usually take place early in the morning and I get both a text and an email plus the GPS coordinates as to where the truck is. Plus, I get a photograph of the material on the loading dock after the delivery is completed plus an email. There inside people are crazy knowledgeable… And their fill ratio is incredible, I’d say it was up to about 98% on any order most of the orders are 100% and rarely do they get an item wrong

Always have what I need. Counter is very very helpful even off hours. Have had to use them on weekends and at 4:30 AM and they never let me down. The only issue I have is prices are usually a little more then othier suppliers. Noodles does a great job 12 out of 10.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Service could have a better plan in place for when it gets busy, like someone from the back coming to the front to help out because it can be a long wait to get help when they get backed up.

I applied for the Director of Information Technology and was told that I aligned with what theyre seeking. Since, Ive worked at fortune 500 companies and directed over 160 employees I have no problem doing what they are looking for. When they asked me about my salary requirements without telling me anything about the company size etc.., I replied back with the standard questions of the team size I would manage, bonus structure, where does this position fall in the leadership structure of the business and last what is the city the actual position would be located in. Instead, of me getting a reply back I sent at the crack of dawn to give them a professional answer on salary. I get an email from Chris HR that we are no longer interested. Is this how you treat possible new employment? If you see any comments about how wonderful this company is..trust me its a lie. No one seeks someone at the executive level and treats them like that at a good company. Theyre letting you know they dont care and its all about the bottomline number. Good Luck on employees leaving for a better place to work.
