We had a repair we needed done on a floor transition between two rooms. Since the job was small, we had a hard time finding anyone who wanted to do the work. Advance Remodeling was willing to take on a minor project for us - and they were polite, timely and professional. Being the owner of a painting company, I have learned how important it is to find a reliable and honest General Contractor. I have had experiences with the worst there is, and then I discovered Advance Remodeling. If you are looking for someone that you can trust, wont steel your money and will give you perfection, then hire the crew from Advance Remodeling.

We’ve had Advance Remodeling complete several projects in and around our house. We’ll continue to use them for any of our repair and remodeling needs. The most recent project was a “down to the studs” remodel of our two bathrooms. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Advance Remodeling does a great job of “hand holding” from start to finish. Advance Remodeling employees are probably the best in the business. They arrive on time, are always polite and considerate, and stick with a job until it’s done right. They were always willing to answer all our questions and make any adjustments we asked for. They always paid careful attention to the quality of their work and never cut corners. We found it very easy to trust them in our house, even when we had to be away. We’d recommend them to anyone for any remodeling work in their home.

We first called to replace some windows in our living room that were leaking. Once Advance Remodeling came out and started work, we discovered that the job was far more than just replacing windows. We had extensive rot and termite damage all around the area of the windows. Due to improper construction when the house was built in 2008, water had been flowing under the siding from the roof over the porch since the house was built. What was going to be a 4-day job stretched to about 4 weeks total, spread over a 3-month period. They had to pull virtually all the siding off one side of the house and replace much of the framing and sheathing. In addition, they had to take off some of the shingles from the roof over the porch to fix the design problem that was sending water under the siding in the first place. Their crew was always punctual, professional, cleaned up after themselves, explained the work to us all along the way, and did not hesitate to flex their schedule when we realized we had a greater problem than anticipated.

Had concrete work done out front and out back of my house. A 12×20 out back and two sections of stamped work out front. Excellent work. Professional and clean. The workers were friendly, professional and did a great job with clean up when the work was finished. The concrete looks great 3 months later. No complaints. I would recommend Advance Remodeling to anybody!

These guys are true professionals. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The quality and craftsmanship stuck out the most. Stress free projects are very rare, but Advance Remodeling was very upfront and walked through every aspect of the project with me and even offered a few suggestions along the way to help improve the overall quality. I am really lucky for these guys. With other contractors I would have had to wait for 2 weeks and at a much higher price. They were great and I am very happy to have new doors before the cold weather comes. I highly recommend Advance Remodeling for any home improvement needs.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Advance Remodeling Inc. pulled my credit report without my authorization. Which has placed a hard inquiry on my credit report decreasing my score I requested a quote for services by Advance Remodeling 10/14/19 to have work done in the basement of my home . An employee by the name of Tom Turner came to my home, analyzed what I wanted to have done, and gave me a price of $1900.00. I advised him that I would be paying cash for the service. He advised that I would have to put one third down, which was $633.33, the other $633.33 at the time of the service, and the remainder after the service was completed and i was completely satisfied. I agreed and gave him a check for $633.33. At no point did I reference I would like to apply for credit for this service. I was notified by email on October 16th that there was a new inquiry on my credit report. I quickly called the company to advise them this was correct and I did not apply for financing nor did I give them authorization to pull my credit report. The person I spoke with Deglel Wesley advised that I supplied my social security number in which I did not. I never signed any information that required to have a social security number listed. He also explained that Thomas Turner was supposed to disclose this information, in which he did not. After speaking with Deglel, I then called Thomas Turner and told him the information that Deglel explained and advised him that he knew I would be paying cash for the service. Thomas Turner did not even know the owner (Deglel) name and said all he does is turn in the paperwork. I also informed Thomas that he gave false information about the wall I wanted service on to be load bearing, which it was not. Thomas Turner did not supply me with copies of any papers that I signed, he did not give me correct information regarding the process, he also recommended someone on the side to do the job at a much cheaper rate. I visited the office October 17th to cancel any doings with this company and still reiterated the fact that they did not have authorization to inquire my credit report. I was given a carbon paper with the cancellation terms and a check for the amount of $633.33. I asked for copies of all of my paperwork, including the paper I supposedly put my social security number on and Deglel advised that there was none and that it was a mistake. I have left a complaint with the BBB, that probably will not solve the problem. I have to take away a lesson learned from this experience. I hope you all can sleep great at night knowing you all are not truthful.***UPDATE REVIEW 11/24/19*** The BBB closed my complaint on this matter because they claimed I received a refund for my downpayment, HOWEVER because I canceled all doings with them INCLUDING a STOP PYMT on that check, they ACTUALLY STILL TRIED TO CASH IT! I was just not fast enough to cash theirs. please see BBB complaint history attached. I shouldnt be surprised bc this is how our democracy works. The law is on the companys side. Very bothersome to see that the company is doing the same thing to others and nothing can be done about it. But I will do everything in my power to persuade consumers by exercising my voice. With enough support this company will not be in business much longer.

Requested estimate on website. they called back and said that they do not work with Insurance companies. Ok that was fine not a big deal. They did offer financing. Tried setting up an appointment for 5 days away. They first said they should be able to do something on that day. Then was put on a brief hold. Lady comes back to phone and says that they will not be able to do the work until my insurance pays out to me first and they offer financing. Ok not a big deal. Then she said that the estimator will not leave a break down of the estimate with me it would just be the flat fee. I told them that they sounded like they were to difficult with. At that point told them dont worry about it I will find someone else to work with because they are being to difficult to work with. If they dont do break downs how am I to compare their estimate to other companies estimate. So working with Advanced Remodeling NO THANK YOU.

0 zero stars! This company is horrible! My husband and I have had at least 8 appointments with advanced remodeling. The first 2 appointments were canceled by them. The third appointment someone came out but refused to even look at the basement because my husband was not home after he pushed the time up and was still late. Every appointment after that they rescheduled either the day before or the same day. It got to the point we agreed to the next appointment just because and even forgot they were coming until they called to reschedule yet again. Very Unprofessional!

I understand their policy now, my wife and I wasn’t that cool with it at first but a policy is a policy. The young lady had to explain it to us why it was important for me and my wife to be at the estimate. She had explained she had been there over 20 years and the policy has never changed. It does make a lot of sense to explain everything to both parties one at the same. We had our work done, and we are very satisfied with the outcome. Keep up with the work, Advanced Remodeling.

Totally unprofessional company. A week ago we called them to schedule an appointment to get a quote on remodeling our basement. They scheduled us for Tuesday at 9AM. Exactly at 9AM they called us to confirm both of the owners of the house, me and my husband, would be present for the appointment. My husband and I are two professionals with full time jobs. I asked Advanced Remodeling why exactly had they not mentioned that when we schedule the meeting. So we had to reschedule for the following day, on Wednesday between 5-7PM, so both of us could leave work early and be at the home for the appointment. At 5PM they called me to confirm the appointment, and I mentioned we were ready at home waiting for them. 1.5 hours later, they call me again apologizing, and cancelling the appointment because they did not have anyone available to come inspect our home. They could have confirmed that at 5PM! Made us waste our time with their irresponsible character! Do not recommend at all!

I HAD A ESTIMATE MEETING SET FOR TODAY THAT I SCHEDULED ONLINE. THE MAN CALLED WHEN OUTSIDE AND ASKED ABOUT MY HUSBAND BEING HOME. I INFORMED HIM THAT I WAS DOING THIS AND MY HUSBAND WONT BE HOME. HE TRIED TO SCHEDULE FOR ANOTHER DAY. I EXPLAINED THAT IM DOING THIS, NOT HIM. EITHER YOU WANT TO PROVIDE A QUOTE OR NOT. I AM STILL FUMING. HE ACTUALLY THOUGHT THAT ID RESCHEDULE! I TOLD HIM THAT HES EITHER IN OR OUT, I HAVE PLENTY OF OPTIONS.

I had an excellent experience with Advance Remodeling. I called around to get several quotes and they were one of the few that were friendly and timely at providing an estimate. The quote was fair for the job that needed to be done. I felt that was very thoughtful and certainly provided a lot of transparency to the work that was done. Highly Recommend!

This company is highly predatory and the prices are hilariously high. If you absolutely want to work with them regardless make sure to do your due diligence and cross check prices using an independent source (there are books and websites that help estimating remodeling costs)

I called to set up an appointment and got an appointment for Monday. When Monday came the representative called to ask if I was home and I told him I was. He asked if my spouse was home and I told him he would not be join us. They representative stated that 1. he would need to see my basement in the day time (why when your company set up and appt for 6pm and knew why you were coming?) and 2. my spouse had to be present. If a spouse being present is “company policy” that should be communicated when the appointment is made. I could have explained that he would not be there before setting up a time that wouldn’t work. Additionally, the representative that called me was EXTREMELY RUDE and hung up the phone on me when I was about to ask another question. Short story shorter, I will be taking my money elsewhere.

Advance Remodeling were always friendly and helpful, guiding us through each step of the remediation process. The quote they provided had every detail on it and was less than the other company. They explained the whole process, what we needed to do before beginning, what they would do, etc. so we moved ahead with them. They started right on time and everything went exactly as they said it would. They got the job done very quickly and were very thorough.

They say they give free estimates. The person i talked to asked if i had any other estimates. When i told her no she said to call back when i get some.They dont want to be the first to give an estimate. I was told they dont want you to use them as a baseline to compare with other companies. I just wanted people to be informed of their intent

They did an excellent job on my kitchen. The crew was very clean & always on schedule. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I set up an estimate a while back ago and found that there quotes were extremely high. They wanted like 3K to install some recessed lighting in the basement and I got someone else to do it for about $800. Just not very competitive.

Advance Remodeling responded to inquiries very quick and truthful. Their team showed up on time each day, completed extremely high-quality work, and took the time to clean up thoroughly afterward. Advance Remodeling is definitely not the cheapest youll find, but if you want top-quality work that finishes promptly and predictably then go with Advance Remodeling.

They are not inexpensive...They build a quality product that we believe will also the long term. Advance Remodeling were very professional in their approach. if you want better quality product that looks like it should last, give Advance remodeling a call! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

From start to finish it was a very polished operation, quote was fair, timeframe was good and end price arrived with no surprises.I never really like dealing with contractors and the process is usually a hassle with many surprises, I did not experience this with Advanced. Prejudice/// rude ////stereotype .....If I could rate them no stars I would, I had an appointment for a estimate for a bathroom install. A man named Gary called me and he said he was supposed to come out to do my estimate he started asking me questions about the work that I needed done then told me he can give me an estimate over the phone and that he didnt need to come out to give me an estimate .. so he quoted me $16,000 for bathroom install and told me that I should get estimates from other companies then call them back.... he was very judgmental, stereotype and Prejudice .....do not use this company

I tried to use advance remodeling and was extremely disappointed with the process from start to finish. They over over promised and were unable to deliver. They were very offensive to my wife. They seem very disorganized and under completely new management. The pricing was very high and totally inappropriate in comparison to my other estimates. They were not responsive to my concerns.

After the initial estimate it took months to try to schedule the actual work. I paid up front and they did not complete the work for months until after. I called multiple times a week and rarely got a response. They ended up doing work on my house that I did not give approval to do and then had the audacity to charge me for it. Very dishonest and unresponsive throughout the entire process. I wanted to source a local business and the disappointed me in every way possible.

Advance Remodeling gave a lot of helpful information and assigned me the best price out of all the quotes. They were friendly and helpful, guiding us through each step of the process. They were also very helpful throughout the entire project and the team did a great job and finished everything on time. I would highly recommend them.

I really liked the service and help I got from Advance Remodeling. The project did go over budget but only because we decided to add some more work. There were no surprises or hidden costs on the company end of things. Everything is looking beautiful and its great to know theres a reliable company I can continue recommending.

I suppose I’ll never know. Called for an estimate for gutters, soffits, and a bay window. Had it scheduled. Day of, I get the confirmation call. So far so good. My wife and I have different schedules, and upon learning she wouldn’t be there I was asked to reschedule.I’m sure the company has its reasons for doing this, but I won’t be a customer of a company that can’t simply accommodate our situation.Job booked with another company. I’m sure Advance is a great company. I’ll just have to take your word for it.

Very disappointing. There service was just not what we expected. They seem like a company having a ownership and management transition, and are really confused with their business practices. They seem very disorganized and very set in their ancient ways and practices. The new management team does not seem to recognize what us customers need---quality work, quality service and RESPECT!!!!!! The new ownership team thinks they can live off the name of the company. This brand is of advance remodeling is completely different from the one I dealt with ten years ago. Its sad to see a company sold to individuals who seem to only care about the dollars!! First experience with Advance Remodeling and I was happy with their work. Their communication was good, they were flexible, and helpful. Teams that came out were polite, worked well and seemed to know what they were doing, and for the most part, cleaned up the area very well.

Completely sexist and misogynistic company! Made an appointment but when they called to say they were on the way asked if my husband would be there. Be cause he would not they refused to even come give me an estimate for repairs. Women/wives are more than capable of making decisions and paying bills, but thanks.
