The Staff is always friendly and a staffer named Brianna actually went above & beyond to help me find a specific item that I came to purchase. I am thankful to go into this store and although they deal with so much high tension from people coming in this location and stealing/being rude as I have caught several people doing and witnessed, the staff still smile and great people.

Found every thing that I needed great store

I purchased a heater to warm of my place of business upon arriving home i plugged in the heater and notice it wasnt operational. I went back to the store with receipt & heater in box. The manager told me there isnt any returns I should. Managed theres no signs and the back of my receipt indicates that I can return as long as I have receipt and box. I hate to say this but its said that when you purchase from Big Lots Stores in the inner citys your treated as if your not a customer. But if you purchased out of the inner city as long as you have receipts and product you can return with out any issues. Heres pictures of receipt, box. & merchandise.

Not stocked very well and there were ladders in the aisles making it difficult to navigate through the store. But the cashier was very pleasant.

The workers are friendly but this location has Rats!! I went there today to purchase some snacks for my son and I went to grab a bag of chips, lifted it up and chips were falling out from bottom 😳 Every bag had been eaten at the bottom with rodent feces around it🤮 .So please be careful.

I went to get some kitchen utensils and found them they were good deal and quality

They have good coupon sales, a lot of items in the flyer for sale are not available in the store, shelves not always stocked

Is a disgrace to where yall treat yall employees especially yall part-time workers how the hell you think somebody can live off $100 or $200 I need to get in touch with the labor board cuz this is not working even though they part-time workers these should be making more than $200 a week but yet your manager and system management make all the money take away your part-time workers what do you have something going to have to be done about this this is not fair to the people who work for you part-time

I was here 1-19-2020. Their handheld scanners were not working properly. The young man tried everything to get it working. He eventually had to put the sku numbers in manually. He was so diligent which I appreciated. Thanks for making it work. Also they had 20% off of your entire order.

I did not like my visit to big lots, there was no shopping carts, I was after more than those hand bask ets would hold, plus I walk with a cane, as I was walking out, two other couples asked the cashier, NO CARTS, he said we only have about four in this store, they turned and walked out also, by the way one cart was full of returns.i love shopping and this is one of my favorite stores, but they may have lost a customer.

Its a really big place with anything you can need at a discount price. The only downside is they usually only have one register open. Customer service is pretty good though.

I had a good experience buying some small pieces of furniture here, Lenell was very pleasant and eager to help. The only downside they dont have delivery/assembly options so I had to figure out how to transport it on my own.

Have a large variety of household items and groceries. I was happy to see they npw have a frozen food case with milk, cheese, eggs and frozen pizza for sale.

This store is a big mess, if they have what you are looking for one of the very nice helpful workers will assist you with finding it. Service is great if they have what you need in stock

My pet peeve is prices for all items sold, either on the item or on the shelf where the item is placed - the correct price. Big Lots, many items are not priced! When brought to the attention of the staff theyre smug about it. Makes no sense.

I will never shop here again.I brought an item that doesnt work and I cant even return it. I didnt know biglots did final sale on items that wasnt tested in store before it was sold. If you happen to come across an item without a charger dont ask if you can get something taken off. Walk out and see if you can find it at another store. This is the first time I brought something from a big lot store at a discounted price and was told it is nonrefundable. I even tried to return the item before I left the store. Lesson learned DONT SHOP AT THIS STORE. Go to one of the other stores were customers treated right.
